到酒店後已經凌晨兩點多了，前台給房間很快，房間很大，也很乾凈。感歎歐洲的環保行動，不用一次性洗漱用具，連水都需要自己去公共飲水機接，有一個大玻璃瓶裝水用。幸好我自己帶着牙刷和牙膏，呵呵。前台很熱情。早餐是自助餐，還不錯。

Már második alkalommal foglaltam ebbe a szállodába. Nem csalódtam most sem!
Közel van a belvároshoz, finom és bőséges a reggeli. Minőségiek a tisztálkodó szerek. Odafigyelnek a környezettudatosságra. Tiszta az egész épület és tudom tölteni az elektromos autómat!

De très hauts standards dans les chambres très confortables avec cafetière et machine à capsules en chambre 1707. Petit déjeuner très bien fournis en sucré comme en salé. Parfait pour un séjour pro ou perso. Accessible à pied pour centre de Cluj.

Hotel bien situé et qui offre de bonnes prestations. Le personnel est prévenant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien et l’espace business pratique. Nous reviendrons très probablement lors de notre prochain passage sur Cluj.

A hotel with a very high standard of quality, where you are greeted with smiles and politeness as soon as you step in. All the staff are extremely kind and attentive to the customer’s needs, they just go far and beyond to make you feel welcomed and ensuring you have a comfortable stay. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere, modern and stylish decor, delicious breakfast. We also had an event here - everything went fantastic: perfect organization, perfect timing, attention to detail, total involvement and dedication from the staff, who proved a high level of professionalism. Special thanks to Denisa Bartha (an exceptional Sales & Event Manager) who spared no efforts and to whom we owe the great success of the event, And also to Irina, Iulia Bica from sales, Cristina and Ana-Maria who prepared a spotlessly clean room for me, to Hunor (the event assistant) who was also outstanding, to Maria, the two Rebeccas from the Reception, and Mr. Stefan from maintenance. In fact, everyone I interacted with were absolutely wonderful! The amenities are modern and very careful thought of. The Water Device available on the Hallway reflects their care and attention to Sustainability. All the equipments that were on our disposal were new, using the lastest technology and high speed wifi. I heartily recommend this hotel; whether you are a guest or you wish to organize an event in Cluj, Hampton by Hilton is the best choice!

What you would expect Highly recommended Clean, friendly stuff Exception CNN no Fox but that's cable provider Otherwise hey offer third party airport transfer not listed, we had to ale 2 taxis for 4 US size 28" bags and carry ons Safe and clean , recommended

I don't even know where to start. Though my room was supposed to be clean, under my bed there was a pair of socks so the cleaning was not done properly. The hotel's breakfast area is too small, there were no free tables to have breakfast, when we found a table after 15 minutes, we just waited in a queue to receive a plate, then another queue to get some fork and knife, just to find out afterwards that there was no food left on any counter. No glasses, no juice, no nothing. Thank you Hampton for treating us worse than in any public canteen. This is outrageous, not to mention that in the parking there were not enough spots, and some cars were left on the main acces making it impossible for everyone else to maneuver and get in or out. This is shameful
