Fantastic hotel, good value, great rooms with bath, shower, fan, tea/coffee and biscuits. Nice food, good value & friendly staff 👍 ideal location for local shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking, early check-in and late checkout available. Would definitely stay there again

I thought this hotel was fantastic. Cannot fault anything. Easy & free parking, good location, great service, really nice rooms with added extras inc biscuits, good bar snacks & a great breakfast. Had a really lovely stay & enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff 😊

Nice hotel maybe a little dated but nothing to complain about staff were polite and friendly room had clean comfortable beds and all rooms had a fan and ironing board (irons free from reception) all in all for an independent hotel it was very good,tea coffee making facilities on room and bottle of water

The hotel staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast is good and they cater for vegetarian. The rooms are clean. The hotel isn't as modern but there is free WiFi We stayed as guests for a wedding

We had booked the hotel as a friend was having a wedding in Coalville, so wanted to stay nearby. The Hotel is in a good location and there is plenty of free parking. The Hotel itself is a bit outdated, and could do with refurbishment however our room was spotless, extremely clean and as was the rest of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room has all the facilities that we could need. The staff were absolutely fantastic, really friendly and welcoming and are an asset to the Hotel. A particular lady, we did not get her name unfortunately but she was great. I think she may have been the manager. She made us all feel so welcome and really made the stay. We really enjoyed our stay overall and thought it was fantastic value for money. The only thing that I could say would need improvement would be the breakfast. I am Vegetarian and there wasn't a menu that I could see, so my choice was limited. As the breakfast was around £10 each, I felt that I did not get value for money, and that my choice was limited. I think that a vegetarian option would be really beneficial especially with the price point. There was a large option for continental breakfast such as fruit, yoghurt and pastries which was good. However, everyone else did enjoy their breakfast and there is a good selection otherwise. Overall: Extremely clean and fresh smelling hotel brilliant staff free parking good facilities and comfortable bed. Decent room size Thank you for a great stay!

We had our wedding reception here and from start to finish it was amazing. The hotel is based round a glass atrium, lit in the evening with little lights, the bar is well stocked too. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Rooms very comfortable, bedding clean and fresh. Very good nights sleep had by all the guests. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of well cooked items, plus cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good comfortable stay.

Stayed here whilst visiting the Victoria Biker's Pub, literally two minutes walk away, for Coalville Metal Invasion 2023. There is a large free car park & my welcome at reception was good. My room (5) was decent enough but just dated - the window would not shut as one of the catches was missing & the frame was warped so the other catch couldn't be used. I was on the first floor so not a big issue but I'd have rejected the room if it had been on the ground floor. My bathroom was small & functional, but I was really surprised to find a shower curtain in the bath, I've not seen one of these for about twenty years. I asked if the kitchen could provide a mushroom omelette & a couple of veggie sausages at breakfast - the one sausage provided was still frozen in the middle & the omelette hadn't been whisked or cooked very well... I would probably stay here again as the staff are all friendly & helpful, but it definitely needs some urgent updating.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while in the Coalville area for a show at the nearby theatre. Found staff to be pleasant enough, rooms to be tidy & quiet, clean & comfy, everything working etc. There's an on sight carpark & a nearby Morrison's store about a 5 mins walk away if you need to top up on anything. A couple of local pubs very nearby as well as takeaways and the local theatre too for some entertainment. Bus stops are almost right outside for route's to Leicester, Loughborough, Ashby de la zouch & Swadlincote. On the whole I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely book again if back in the area.
