Great hotel. A lot of Breakfast menu like lunch. Even im a solo traveller. I dont feel lonely here. Very close to mall. Very happening place here. Tq😍

During check-in, I was assigned a room that didn't match my reservation. I booked an executive suite with a size of 60m2, but the provided room was approximately 30m2. I had to return to the front desk to address this, and I was offered a junior suite below the executive suite I had reserved. Eventually, I got the correct room, but to my surprise, the view was just a wall with a painted landscape, so be cautious when booking to avoid assuming there's a view. This room clearly lacks a view! Additionally, the bathroom has a bathtub that is quite high, contrary to the photo during booking that showed a more spacious bathroom.
I've attached a photo depicting the view from the room. Such a joke!

Thank you so much Aston for receiving us on our first anniversary. It was a nice and pleasant stay. The breakfast was really good and have many variations. The location was also very strategic walking distance to Ciwalk.

It was okay, chose this hotel because of the location, close to CIWALK and ITB overall, it was okay..not the best

Location is great..many restaurant and entertainment nearby
All staffs are friendly
Amenities are complete as needed
Cleanliness is poor coz I found main table is dirty also under the table beside bed is also dirty (dusty)

The hotel is nice but quite old. The staff are very helpful & warm. However the cleanliness is very questionable. The room is ok but bathroom was not properly clean. There are stains in the tub & some of the equipment is not upgraded. But what I like most is the buffet. Indonesian authentic food which I love so much. The lobby also prepare welcome drinks & tit bits. I love it.
Don’t worry I will come back to this hotel & hopefully the management took special attention to the things I mentioned..

The things that needs to be improved is regarding the system that still kinda old & needs to be simplified such as the free parking system. The breakfast were quite varied, but most of the time some of the food station were empty and needs to be refill. The refill could take some time. Well that definitely has to be improved. The waiters/waitresses has to be aware when the food needs to be cooked immediately and refill on time before it really runs out

I always stay in this hotel.. even though it is a bit old.. but it is my favorite hotel in Bandung.. the cooperation of the staff is excellent.. but the hotel management must pay better attention to cleanliness and replace the old bed covers that are damaged due to frequent washing.

The location was very convenient! Just less than few minutes to the centre. quiet and super clean. Very spacious room. The pillow & bed was ok & not smelly. Wifi connection was perfect. Bur gym was small & less machine. Overall 👍🏻

Been here twice and the staff is all very friendly. Its just the aircond in the room need to be fix. Location wise is very accesible to walking distance mall.
