Je suis ici pour une nuit, le personnel m'a informé que la photographie n'était pas autorisée dans le hall, ce que je ne comprends pas bien. J'ai trouvé cela plutôt inconsidéré, surtout lorsque j'ai vu d'autres clients prendre des photos dans la même zone. Je suis un client PAYANT ici pour SÉJOURNER à l'hôtel, pas seulement pour visiter le bar, et je pense que cela doit être respecté.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était super. Ils m'ont offert plusieurs desserts pour mon anniversaire, ils ont fait des efforts, c'est génial. Leur salle de bain était probablement ce que je préférais dans cet hôtel. J'aurais aimé qu'ils assouplissent les règles pour la baignade, il faut faire beaucoup d'efforts juste pour se baigner. Dans l'ensemble, un bon séjour et j'y retournerais probablement

Bien que mon séjour ait été agréable, j'ai été déçu par certains points. Je voulais utiliser la piscine, mais à cause du typhon, ils l'ont fermée. Il ne pleuvait pas et le vent n'était pas trop fort, mais ils l'ont quand même fermée pendant deux jours. De plus, il n'y a pas de films sur la télévision de l'hôtel et je ne peux pas connecter mon Apple TV, bien que la télévision ait cette fonction, mais ils l'ont bloquée, je n'ai pas pu me connecter à la télévision et regarder le film. Le problème, c'est que cet hôtel est neuf, mais les joints des parties communes fuient et j'ai eu des gouttes sur mon visage dans les espaces communs, pas dans la chambre. La chambre était bien et bien. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. Mais j'aurais aimé un jus de fruits frais. Le personnel de l'hôtel était sympa, mais ils m'ont reconnu et m'ont dit m'avoir déjà vu quelque part à différents endroits. Je ne me sentais pas à l'aise car je préfère rester anonyme à l'hôtel et celui-ci n'est pas bon marché. Et je tiens à mon intimité et à mon anonymat, je ne blâme personne, mais c'est juste mon avis. Il y avait une note indiquant que je pouvais utiliser la navette pour le centre commercial, qui est à environ 17 minutes à pied, mais lorsque j'ai posé la question, le personnel m'a répondu qu'elle n'était pas disponible le week-end. J'ai alors demandé s'ils avaient une voiture pour me déposer au centre commercial, mais ils m'ont répondu que non. Je disais simplement que je ne pouvais pas louer un hôtel en centre-ville pour le même prix qu'une grande chaîne et obtenir un service exceptionnel, mais je trouve le prix de cet hôtel trop élevé. Mon séjour a été agréable et j'ai réservé des prestations complémentaires auprès de l'hôtel, ce dont je suis reconnaissant. La chambre était propre et équipée de la technologie la plus récente.

Excellent services! All the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Staying continuous 3 nights in such prestigious branded hotel without regret, I ve checked in with an upgrade and late checkout from the morning and the overnight staff. A surprising souvenir offered from Leon, and the door man was also helpful to carrying our luggage and directing the taxi direction. Very much enjoyed the fresh fruit to start cycling each morning, I'd suggest to take sporty route nearby. Then the hotel maybr can offer a little more mouthful healthy snack to make Hampton morning tradition more attractive. Overall, we pretty enjoyed the stay and will come again next time! Thank you for the services!

Charles, Ken and Caroline facilitated my check in and out really well. I had a really enjoyable time resting in the hotel and no regrets choosing kimpton. I will come back again when I do travel more in Shanghai.

Nice new hotel but far from a top hotel for me. Location is not my favorite and the hotel has no vibe

The decor was modern and unsderstated. Loved the fireplace in the room. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Best of all was it's location. near the malls, transportation and the walking/biking trails along the river.

The hotel room is very clean and tidy. Staffs are super friendly I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
