J'ai réservé un séjour pour le prochain mars 2024 et utilisé ma carte de crédit pour assurer la chambre avec annulation gratuite jusqu'à 30 jours avant le voyage. Notre itinéraire a légèrement changé et j'ai envoyé un courrier à l'hôtel pour annuler une des quatre nuits que j'avais réservées. Après plusieurs jours, j'ai reçu un courriel de l'hôtel qui dit : Nous pouvons vous donner une nuit comme crédit pour les boissons, le service spa et le restaurant. Ou si vous voulez réserver les dates correctes, nous pouvons vous aider en annulant. J'étais très inquiet des commentaires ci-dessus et j'ai immédiatement vérifié ma carte de crédit pour me dire que l'hôtel avait facturé ma carte de crédit à la somme de £838.90, même si notre séjour à l'hôtel était encore dix mois à l'avenir. J'ai envoyé un courriel à l'hôtel pour annuler la réservation en raison de leur politique d'annulation, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Après de nombreux e-mails et ce que l'app messages sur une période de deux semaines, j'ai finalement reçu un avis d'annulation avec les commentaires suivants joints: Comme nous parlons tôt, la restitution prendra 2 ou 3 semaines (jours de travail) pour la revenir à vous. Je vous demanderai de ne pas hésiter à nous contacter. Je attendrais encore le remboursement mais pour mon service de résolution des litiges de cartes de crédit. Je leur ai envoyé toutes les preuves que j'avais et qu'ils ont récupéré l'argent pour moi - merci. Il y a jusqu'à présent 37 commentaires terribles sur l'hôtel Bahia Del Sol et je vous demande de les lire. Vous avez été averti !

Le parc de Palms d'Or est très bien situé à Papagoya.
La piscine est si propre et si grande.
Les chambres étaient propres et ont une mini-frigo, qui était super.
Nous appréciions le petit déjeuner complimentaire, mais il serait bon que le menu varie de jour en jour.
Je recommande vivement The Golden Palms Resort.
