Grand espace, plage de sable, bonne nourriture, a besoin de rénovation, en particulier dans le spa.

The rooms are tidy, although I have reservations about the cleaning staff, as well as the very weak Wi-Fi. The hotel restaurant serves varied meals, everyone will find something for themselves. Chef Osman and most of the waiters are nice, helpful, friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. They always try to help and be friendly. I missed activities such as fitness and daily aqua aerobics, as well as games initiated by animators to encourage guests to have fun together and get to know each other. The constant lack of pool towels is a nuisance. Very nice and helpful staff at the hotel reception.

Had a great time. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Very good hotel. Kind and friendly staff, especially Alma Guest Relation and Nisa a girl at bare (great service) Several bars are very convenient. Beautiful beach, sand, umbrellas and sun loungers. Beautiful area, lots of plants, shady area. Delicious food, no cons found.

Я был с семьей в этом отели с 21 июля по 1 августа 2022 года. Отель соответствует 5 звёздам. Пляж чистый , вход в море супер, лежаки есть в любое время . У бассейна тоже всегда есть лежаки. Еда супер: мясо в разнообразии, сладости много, овощи, фрукты, все в изобилии. Постоянно все добавляют. Со столов очень быстро уберают. Мы остались очень довольны. Рекомендую этот отель.Хотим поблагодарить персонал отеля за тёплый приём и гостеприимство: сотрудники в баре,в ресторане,Хасан бею спасибо за помощь и Алме GR.

Нас устроило все. Было все, что нужно для спокойного и комфортного отдыха : Хорошая погода, замечательное, тёплое море. Особенно хочется отметить заботливое и доброжелательное отношение персонала: спасибо уборщицам номера, официантам, барменам. Добрые слова хочется сказать в адрес менеджера Гестрелейшен Алмы за то, что украсила наше пребывание своим заботливым, внимательным отношением и оперативным решением проблем (отмечали юбилей свадьбы). Ещё хотим поблагодарить поваров-Экрем бея за качественную, вкусную, разнообразную еду. И всё это благодаря стараниям генерального менеджера Сураль отеля Хасана Четина, с которым мы лично общались.

У отеля очень красивая и ухоженная зелёная территория. Прямо на травке в тени деревьев можно поставить лежак. Номер чистый и уютный. Очень понравилось расположение. Это тихое место, где не так много отелей вокруг, поэтому ночью никто не шумит. Недалеко расположен небольшой базарчик. Чуть подальше в сторону от моря - торговая улица. WiFi в холле, связь хорошая. Есть СПА. Еды было достаточно, но вот удивительно - огромный выбор булок, пирожных, хлеба, а помидоров иногда не было. В Турции нет помидоров, как это возможно вообще? Зато арбуз каждый день! Пляж песчаный, вход в воду пологий, удобный. Пляжное полотенце выдают. Из минусов - зонты плоские маленькие и полупрозрачные, от солнца не защищают и очень плотное расположение лежаков на пляже. Странно, потому что места там очень много. К счастью рядом есть небольшая группа деревьев. Можно было туда оттащить лежак и расположиться с комфортом.

Это был наш первый отдых в этом отеле.Мы бронировали номер в апреле и номер должен был быть с видом на окрестности- Landview, но, к нашей большой радости, нас заселили в номер с видом на море.Номер большой,балкон огромный,есть небольшая сушилка на балконе.Номер очень чистый,мебель на балконе тоже (это наш пунктик :) ) .Заселились в день открытия отеля,думали что это в первый день столько внимания от персонала,но это продолжается. Хотелось бы отметить доброжелательность.Помогают все ,вплоть до руководства. Менеждер Хасан Четин очень внимателен к гостям,ему не безрачлично мнение людей.Его слова: "Говорите мне всё".Питание очень хорошее. Невероятно радует,что пища не пересолена.Шэф повар на высоте.Алкоголь достойный,даже крепкий,пиво понравилось (есть с чем сравнивать).Очень шикарный, песчаный пляж.Лежаки в хорошем состоянии,не продавленные.Еще хотелось бы отметить хорошую работу менеджера GR Алму и рецепциониста Ельнуру.
