L'hôtel est très bien, super piscine, chambres propres (nettoyage tous les jours). Nourriture excellente et très savoureuse, beaucoup de choix différents, très appétissants. La plage est magnifique, le bleu de la mer est à l'image des plus belles photos. Le service était très sympathique et ouvert aux clients. Un séjour très fantastique. Renata et Arthur

La première et la dernière fois. 4 étoiles est un malentendu. Le service de restauration ne le fait pas, files d'attente incessantes, plats qui se terminent rapidement, trop peu de tables pour le nombre de clients de l'hôtel. Les assiettes et les couverts sont notoirement sales, il y a par exemple des traces de rouge à lèvres sur les tasses, des miettes non identifiées dans les boissons. Aliments souvent insuffisamment cuits/insuffisamment cuits (poulet cru, pâte à pizza crue). Glace servie seulement une heure par jour (longue file d'attente bien sûr). Les tasses du bar de la plage sont parfois si sales qu'on a peur d'y boire. Boissons souvent chaudes et sans gaz. Le personnel ne connaît pratiquement pas l'anglais. Avantages : belles chambres, propres, nettoyées tous les jours. Belle piscine, proche de la plage (en plus un bus pour la plage)

Tout le personnel travaillait beaucoup mais ils ne parlaient presque pas anglais. Il y a aussi un restaurant sur la plage, mais ils ne servent pas de boissons alcoolisées, ils le font uniquement au bar de la piscine. Ils servent des boissons Pepsi, Fanta, etc., des liqueurs sans marque, de la vodka, du gin, etc. mais pas de long drinks, vous pouvez oublier le cuba libre de base, le lever du soleil à la tequila, etc. pas servi même pendant le dîner. À ce moment-là, il y a une longue file d'attente car il pourrait y avoir plus de 30 personnes qui l'attendent :/ Les clients sont autorisés à "bloquer" les transats à la piscine pendant la nuit et aussi pendant toute une journée. Il n'y a donc presque aucune chance d'en obtenir un gratuitement. Si vous perdez votre carte de chambre, ils vous factureront 10 EUR. Le dîner commence à 19h00 mais à 20h00, ils cesseront d'ajouter de la nouvelle nourriture, donc tout le monde vient à 19h00, c'est très bondé et presque aucune chance d'obtenir une table gratuite. Si vous venez plus tard, vous obtenez une table mais pas beaucoup d'options à choisir. Il n'y a pas de snack-bar, où vous pouvez vous restaurer pendant la journée. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h30 et avons dû attendre jusqu'à 19h00. Le Wi-Fi dans l'hôtel ne fonctionne pas vraiment et le Wi-Fi sur la plage nous manque. Les clients viennent principalement de Russie, d'Allemagne, de Pologne et de Turquie. Très souvent vers minuit, certains invités étaient bruyants.

Nous sommes à Side depuis le samedi 25 juin 2022, nous n'avons pas vu l'habitant de ses yeux, problèmes depuis le tout début. Premièrement, avec l'hébergement, 3 jours avant notre retour, il s'avère qu'ils nous mettent à la porte - ils nous mettent littéralement à la porte de l'hôtel à 17h00, et le lendemain, nous prenons l'avion pour la Pologne à 5h00. Il s'avère que nous devons attendre 11 heures à l'aéroport, à moins que tout le monde ne paie 30 euros.

Nous en attendions plus et toutes les mauvaises critiques sont vraies. La chambre est correcte... c'est uniquement pour dormir, la propreté dans tout l'hôtel et les chambres sont mauvaises. Les femmes de ménage n'ont pas de seau pour essuyer le sol, elles versent simplement de l'eau potable sur le sol et essuient. Cela m'a un peu choqué, car c'est totalement insalubre et dégoûtant. Cette nourriture est également très monotone et souvent non consommée. La nourriture de mon fils avait même un anneau en métal, le ruban de marquage du poulet. Ce qui n'est pas bien du tout. Il n'y a que des glaces pour les enfants à certaines heures, vous ne pouvez que rêver de collations pour le dîner (comme des chips ou des noix). Nous avons acheté nous-mêmes des produits d'épicerie ou des noix supplémentaires. Les fruits ne sont disponibles que lorsqu'il y a de la nourriture, bien qu'il y ait un Vitambar vide. Les cocktails sont mélangés (s'ils avaient fait des cocktails), à l'exception des boissons simples comme le gin tonic. Au départ, il n'y avait pas de glace pour les boissons car la machine était cassée. Il n'y a pas toujours de boissons car les machines sont souvent vides, tout comme la pompe à bière et à eau. En général, il faut souvent attendre longtemps pour avoir un verre, au moins 10 minutes voire plus, car il n'y a qu'un seul bar et le personnel de service est souvent débordé ou de mauvaise humeur. A 17h, une partie des transats au bord de la grande piscine est jetée pour dresser des tables, mais si vous finissez de manger après 20h et que vous n'êtes plus assis, les tables et les chaises sont rapidement débarrassées. Lorsque nous avons installé les tables et les chaises, nous avons pu discuter avec le serveur. Parce que le soir, il n'y a pratiquement pas de places libres. Passons maintenant à la piscine. Le mieux est de se lever à 6h du matin pour réserver les transats avec des serviettes de bain, sinon ils sont tous occupés et l'eau est bonne pour se baigner, mais pas si propre. Comme nous espérions autre chose, nous avons parlé au personnel et au directeur en vain. Un autre séjour ici à l'hôtel et dans les environs ne sera pas donné par nous ou par d'autres vacanciers, ce qui est dommage. Ce qui est positif, c'est que nous avons rencontré beaucoup de familles vraiment sympas de différents pays. Malheureusement, ils étaient du même avis que nous. Pas étonnant que cet hôtel ait déjà été déduit d'une étoile. Pour moi, il y a un maximum de 2 étoiles ici.

Bonjour, nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel pendant 5 nuits, la nourriture est bonne, mais si je reviens ici, je reviendrai pour le personnel, ils sont très intéressés, ils sont très sympathiques, l'équipe d'animation Eyüp est numéro dix, nous passé un très bon moment grâce à lui, nous avons passé un très bon moment grâce à lui, l'équipe d'animation a réussi à nous divertir même s'il y avait 2 personnes dans l'hôtel, merci. Aussi, Celal, Vural, Abdulrahman, Doğan je les remercie tout particulièrement , j'espère vous voir l'année prochaine 🙂

Just returned from this hotel after a 10 night stay... The overall judgement is that it was OK. As most reviews state the majority of guests are German or Russian and as people they are generally unreasonable and sometimes vile however it becomes easy to ignore people and for the most part it does not affect the holiday to a great deal. Staff at the hotel provide for the most part the most basic of service however there are a handful that deserve praise one in particular the barman throughout the days who's name is Hassan was superb in how he dealt with guests, very professional, polite and will converse which helps makes you feel far more relaxed he very much deserves plenty of praise from the hotels management. The hotel cleaners did a superb job at maintaining cleanliness and generally rooms and communal hotel areas were always very clean and maintained to an acceptable standard. On check in the staff who take you to your room are very helpful and chatty which makes you feel welcomed up until you come across the other guests. Unfortunately a lot of staff do let the hotel down and they can be very blunt, dismissive, sleazy, unprofessional and display poor attitude in particular the member of staff who is mostly behind the bar in the evenings. The pool was of a good size and allowed you to cool down in water that was not freezing cold allowing you to relax whilst splashing about and cooling down in the pool, loungers around the pool were readily available in the morning around breakfast time and often more became available as the afternoon went on. Drinks provided are good and can be enjoyed relatively pleasantly. The beach was good plenty of loungers, bar was good serving same drinks as the hotel and the beach food bar had plenty of food options that could be enjoyed for lunch. Sandy beach was nice however in the water it was very rocky but it has to be understood that the geographic properties and rock formations of the area are out of the control of the hotel.... Food at the hotel was typical of food you would find in any hotel buffet with somedays being somewhat poor the next being ok or good and the next meal could be one of the better meals provided in an all inclusive hotel such as kebabs or meatballs. The overall location of the hotel is not great but that is mainly down to the lack of internet connection which does not allow you to freely use maps to explore safely. Overall an enjoyable stay which could be made better with some small changes. Would I come here again? I would say no, purely due to the location of the hotel, I did not realise how far out of Side it was. Overall we did enjoy our holiday and some of the reviews written I feel are unfair.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact I would advise against it. The hotel itself may have been nicely maintained from the outside, however I found the condition of the room to be far from 4 star. The balcony door with the handle breaking off, had a problem to close it. Closing the balcony had an impact on activating the air conditioning - so the door was forcefully closed. Air conditioning - dripping water onto the floor at some points. Bathroom - when you open the bathroom you can smell fungus, fungus visible on the shower wall (on the fixtures at the entrance to the shower cabin), the rain shower head was damaged, causing it to pour onto the ceiling, which caused further flood stains. In addition, both the rain shower head and the shower handset with traces of fungus. As for the food - standard hotel food, however, it is puzzling that in a country famous for, among other things, delicious baklava, in the hotel it does not appear at any meal. It only appeared towards the end of the trip, when an inspection of the hotel came up (in the sense of an internal audit). In addition, little choice of local cuisine. This may be a ‘first-world problem’, but I make no secret of the fact that it somewhat spoiled my overall perception of the hotel. Another aspect that discouraged me from this hotel - after checking out, we did not have the opportunity to use the shower before departure, although we were informed of this possibility in the office during purchase. There is a luggage room, but there was no possibility even to change in civilised conditions, we had to do it in the toilet at the reception.

If you are not German or Russian you’re not welcome here. Sadly this was our experience so here’s an honest review. Lots of people do not believe in queuing and as we all know brits love the orderly fashion a queue provides. So you get into a long queue for everything drinks, ice cream, mid day snack, etc. You would could for up to an hour while fellow guest push in front or walk in front of you yes when I say push I mean actually push you out of their way. I am not being pushed with zero response by anyone hence I would walk around them and rejoin my original position in the queue. They threw peoples towels off the sun loungers on the floor if you went to the bar or snack area to put theirs down so somebody has to guard your space while go no joke. Good luck trying to complain the staff most do not speak English and look at you vacant when you find somebody who does they simply say you can not reserve loungers no I am not I went to get a drink. The food I do not even know where to begin it is vile I think we had 3 days that we could actually find food that we found appetising. I will add a small ad-lib because I know this is very subjective as some may enjoy it and we are picky admittedly. When we first arrived I was told we only have this room left I had booked months in advance so why didn’t I have a room? The woman was rude and brash she had zero professional attitude stills. She said do not get comfortable you need to be here in the morning to change or you will not have a room and we will be full nice way to treat guests! Bear in mind we had been travelling since 9am and it was now 11.30 local time. She then said move away you have your key when somebody is free they will take you to room. Nice first interaction but at least I was aware I was not welcome straight away! The room was great dated but very clean and my daughter was so happy to have her own room. The next morning seeing different staff I did hope they would wave me off no such luck. We were put in a much smaller room in the roof with slopping roofs meaning you struggled to access one section of the room without hitting your head and I am only 5 foot 1 but hitting my head daily became the norm. The view was ok. Entertainment shocking I would call it entertainment would have preferred a working tv in the room. I have been on a lot of holiday and this was the worst. On our 3rd night it was karaoke and my daughter was desperate to join in she asked me to sign her up. I asked and was told she was too young she is 13 and that it is 18+ ok fair enough not sure why would be the rule but hey ho. Then 4 performances latter 2 Germans no more than 11 years old got up and sang a duet I pointed this out and she said oh yes yes we are full now on the list what sorry? Once again not welcome please stop trying to communicate and do not return type of attitude honestly I would never and have told everyone else to never go this this area it is not just this hotel it is the whole area shops, day tr
