beware , the beautiful resort photo is a fake . the actual is shown . we paid for a lakeside resort we got a 3 star hotel beside the main road with no view and small old rooms . i appreciate the 1 day refund but we didn’t really get any sleep on our roadside room with so much traffic noise , the toilet and shower was too small . and please don’t say it’s not your photo , it’s very obvious - just apologise and offer a full refund

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hotel. Les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins pour les clients. L’établissement est tenu par une famille et cela donne vraiment une bonne ambiance générale! L’emplacement est magnifique avec une superbe vue sur le lac! Le petit dej’ est délicieux et la serveuse vraiment top! Nous recommandons l’hôtel à 100%, allez y sans réfléchir si vous passez au Lac de Come!

The room was ok, comfortable bed. Towels not changed only once. No air con, so good job it wasn't hot. The food is about terrible and a joke. Paid for half board, and chose to eat elsewhere in the evening. Little choice, especially for anyone with dietary requirements. Pushy staff stood over whilst I struggled to find something to eat. Pizza was very bland. Found a superb Italian restaurant for rest of the trip. The breakfast is terrible. Stale bread and croissants. And anything that was supposed to be warm, was stone cold. I had coffee instead as don't really enjoy cold scrambled eggs. If your vegan, you have no chance! Highlight of the stay was leaving.

Basic but clean; bed really uncomfortable, food not great, stayed for 4 days and not once did we get clean towels, not any chose for a gluten intolerant person for breakfast but fruit, i had an orange every morning for 4 days!! waiting staff spoke no english but girl on reception was very good

Great location, close to train station and lake. Hotel is small and a little tired, in need of a facelift, it offers an adequate breakfast, we had to ask for hot water for a cup of tea each morning as this wasn't readily available to help yourself. We chose half board option which is taken in the adjoining pizza restaurant. There is a 3 course menu offered and the food was very average, the pizzas were amazing though! The staff in the restaurant were extremely over- stretched and there were long waits for food with some drinks requests completely over-looked. The restaurant staff worked extremely hard and there efforts were admirable given the staff shortage problem. Special mention to Concetto and Francesca who were both very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were tired and in need of renovation, as was the public area I would rate this as an average 3 star hotel, but we had an amazing holiday and it is good value for money.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in April 2024. Our experience was one of disappointment. The hotel stated they provided guest wifi which was not the case during our entire stay. The menu for hotel guests was very limited and repetitive. Poor quality food for breakfast and dinner. The service in the hotel was extremely poor especially at dinner. We often had to wait for up to 50 plus minutes to be served. We did complain but received a response that stated no guests waited for more than 15 minutes. This response was not true. The television had no English speaking channels, not even a news channel for English speaking guests. On questioning this we were told they had never been asked about this before. Some of the staff were friendly but this is not a hotel we would recommend to guests from England.

Situated in the old narrow streets there is no parking which can be an issue , but by being in the main part of the town means just a short walk to the promenade and lakeside with its bars and shops. We were lucky enough to arrive during a music festival so really had a taste of Italy . Nice room and food , lovely staff and reasonably priced.

Approfittando di un cofanetto Wonderbox, ho pernottato una notte in questo hotel nel centro di Colico. Nonostante non ci sia il parcheggio riservato, non si fatica a trovare dei parcheggi (a pagamenti), nelle vicinanze. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa, bagno annesso con doccia abbastanza larga. Letto molto comodo. Colazione continentale variegata tra proposte dolci e salate, rivedrei la scelta di proporre la pizza, in particolare quella surgelata, anche se apprezzata da una clientela straniera.

Ho avuto modo di alloggiare in questo splendido hotel sul lago di como con mia moglie durante una fuga romantica. Subito siamo stati accolti da Gianna Maria che ci ha illustrato tutte le attività da fare e la camera ed il giardino dove poter gustare una abbondante colazione. Abbiamo anche avuto modo di gustare i loro coktails davvero ben bilanciati. Ristorante ottimo dove vi è la possibilità di usufruire della mezza pensione, noi abbiamo mangiato le pizze gurment ma è anche possibile ordinare alla carta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Inoltre vi è un parcheggio custodito per auto e moto. Tutte le attrazione vicino. Consiglio vivamente a tutti.
