Avis : NH Koeln Altstadt

L'emplacement est vraiment sympa ! C'était à côté du marché de Noël, marcher jusqu'au centre est acceptable.

Very good hotel on the Rein river bank perfect location and rooms are spacious and very modern Nice bathroom too

A really nice hotel. But temperature in Finnish sauna room is sooooo high! I have been to Finland and the sauna room there weren‘t that hot. My feet got burnt by the time I stepped on the wooden stair.

Good services and located old town

Unpleasant staff at reception, 26 Euros per night for parking, and basic rooms. Overall an average experience.

The cleanliness and facilities provided match with it room charges. The breakfast of the hotel was very expensive. It's about HKD300 per head. The hotel should work something on it for the convenience of the customers

Hotel has great location. However be aware that even if you selected a twin beds it is not guaranteed. We were annoyed by this. Since this waa one of the reasons we selelected this hotel.

Great Location, the city centre is in walking distance. The room was also very nice, modern and clean :)

Hotel itself is modern and clean. Approx 20 mins stroll from the main train station and over the road form the chocolatr museum. However... As previously mentioned by other visitors the breakfast food was not hot, which was surprising considering we took breakfast when it opened at 7.30am. It was also difficult to sleep as the air con/heater did not work - again something mentioned by other guests. We initially stayed on the 3rd floor, facing the road and the Rheine but requested to move on the 2nd night as the room was too hot and the road was too noisy to open the window to let some air in. When asking reception if someone could look at the air con we were told that because it March the universal setting was for heat only and that we could not turn the setting down. If you're at all familiar with being menopausal or know a woman who is menopausal, you'll know that being hot at night time is unbareable. This made it impossible for me to sleep properly and for the above two reasons, we would not return to this hotel.

Only problem we got during our stay was some sockets are not working and a sudden cut-off of electricity.

breakfast was very good, only one "minus" is parking charge management, as we had to pay for parking every time when we drive in and out.

Great location, close enough to everything but still in a calm location, surroundings are green. Very nice room. We had some hair in the bathroom hence 4*s on cleanliness but everything else was great. Very kind staff! More of a business hotel vibe.

I recently visited NH cologne hotel and was overall quite pleased with the experience. The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Food Quality: I was particularly impressed with the food. The menu offered a variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious. The brownie cake? was a standout—it was perfectly cooked and presented. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were on point. Final Thoughts: Overall, I would definitely recommend NH Koeln Altstadt to others. It was a memorable experience, and I’m looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great location by the Rhine River with close proximity to the Chocolate Museum. Walking to the Dom doesn't take too long and the views along the walk was great. Hotel was normal and neat. Price is acceptable, which is why I might recommend to others if anyone go to Koln̈.
