Avis : Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa

Booked the hotel for other people's business trip. Overall is good. The hotel was super comfy, even though there wasn't any lift.

Surprisingly good and value for money. Just need more variety of breakfast

I don't recommend! Very disappointing, everything! Small rooms, far from the presentation pictures, noise, bad pillows, gym closed all the time, at the bar I waited over 30' for a glass of wine and a dessert which in the end did not come , the excuse was that there was only one person serving and he didn't succeed. The breakfast was poor and the list could go on. On the other hand, it was very clean and the lobby looked very good, but that's about it.
