Séjour fabuleux. Notre chambre était impeccable et assez grande pour les standards londoniens. Le personnel de l'hôtel était adorable, toujours serviable et souriant. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

L'environnement est agréable et l'emplacement est parfait pour les voyageurs. Le service fourni par le personnel, la réception et le ménage est bon. Chambre spacieuse et joli mobilier. J'y retournerais volontiers lors de ma prochaine visite à Londres.

L'hôtel est relié à la gare de Paddington, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de sortir, c'est donc très pratique et bien situé. Il existe de nombreux moyens de transport et un accès facile aux transports en commun.

An amazing place to stay. They went above call of duty to provide a great place to stay and the breakfast was nice too

The food was good. Room needs refurbishment to come at par with modern hotels and Hilton names. Location is superb.

Great locations just outside Paddington station, can actually get to the hotel without leaving the station! Rooms very clean and comfortable

The front line reception and conceriage staff are very impatient and not friendly, other than this the hotel is a good one in location and cleanliness, there is train sound at night though

We only had one night here. The location was brilliant with access from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the stay.

Great location. Handy for the Heathrow Express from Paddongton Station, next door and only a short walk from Hyde Park snd central London. The hotel breakfast is the best weve had anywhere.

Apart from it being in a prime location, everything is very below par especially the services, the guys handling the luggage even asked me to go into the luggage room to find my own luggage because he is too lazy to do his job! This type of service won’t survive anywhere else for a hotel of this statue.

The location is perfect, right next to Paddington Station. The room would be even better if it included a fridge.

This is an old hotel but the rooms are modern and well furnished. Its major asset is its location, right next to Paddington Station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very quiet.

Literally next (or connected) to Paddington Station. Great location if you are using Paddington station to travel to other cities or to Heathrow airport. Also Underground just right opposite the hotel. It has a classy reception and the room has huge bathroom with bath tub. A typical classic hotel I would expect but the carpet feels aged ....
