Séjour fabuleux. Notre chambre était impeccable et assez grande pour les standards londoniens. Le personnel de l'hôtel était adorable, toujours serviable et souriant. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

L'hôtel est relié à la gare de Paddington, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de sortir, c'est donc très pratique et bien situé. Il existe de nombreux moyens de transport et un accès facile aux transports en commun.

The location is just next to Paddington Station. The ambience is rather old. Although there is a lift, I have to take a few steps in the corridor before getting into the room. Not convenient for taking a large luggage.

Hilton London Paddington is a popular choice for its convenient location near Paddington Station. It's a great option if you want to easily explore London by train. The hotel's classic architecture is also a highlight, making it a photo-worthy spot. The hotel's reception and concierge are known for their excellent service, keep up the good job! Looking forward to stay in Hilton London Paddington for my coming trip in Oct.

I booked a stay at Hilton London Paddington for March 2025, but due to a major power outage and airport closure in London, my flight was cancelled and I could not travel to the UK at all. I immediately contacted Hilton and Trip.com to request a refund. Initially, I was told that the refund was possible and being processed, but days later, the hotel reversed that decision, falsely stating I had already checked in — which is completely untrue. I emailed the hotel multiple times, and also contacted Hilton’s corporate customer service. It has now been a week and I still haven't received any reply from the hotel. This is not the level of service I expect from a Hilton property. Charging for a stay that was never used due to a force majeure event, and then refusing to respond to emails or provide assistance, is unacceptable. I will never book this hotel again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

Mahnoud at the front desk was excellent; he understood our situation and offered to check us in when we arrived early. Much appreciated! If you are commuting via Paddington station, this is the best place to stay for convenience. However, it’s weird that no bedroom slippers were provided in the room and the mini fridge has been removed too.

Bad experience, I lost my belongings in hotel room, some cleaning staff opened my baggage and I lost golden coins, I have to tell the hotel to only fill towels and clean rubbish bin, but somehow they clean up all room, and opened my baggage.....

Comfortable, and conveniently located. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The key was out of function everyday and the staff was just unable to explain .

Great location and good room size. Calm and clean room. Gym was good.
