Avis : Clarion Hotel Concord-Walnut Creek

Everything was about right, except the breakfast. The Clariion offered a variety of cereals, but no milk.for the cereal. The vast majority of cereal eaters add milk to this dish. Something minor and possibly a personal sensitivity is that a hotel was once traditionally supposed to be a home away from home and guest were to be welcomed as hosts would wanted guests. In my several contacts with the front desk, I was treated properly and competently but not welcomed, not with a smile and wishes that I enjoy the hotel. Doing what I'm suggesting wouldn't cost the Clarion anything, but it would likely make your guests more likely to return.

I was charged 235$ for sheet and told that because I had a lady accident they kept the deposit when I spoke to there receptionist she made me feel dirty by saying she would never have an lady accident at a hotel knowing that it’s unpredictable or like I did it on purpose and the beds were dirty but charged me for sheets but don’t but new mattresses. Will never come back here again. And when asked to speak to a manager I was told they don’t have any in the morning so I asked for a time they come in and she told me whenever they want to come in.

在凱隆酒店住了6天，比較乾淨，8月份每天面對經典的加州陽光讓人難忘，酒店附近多處商業中心，週末熱鬧～對面就是高爾夫俱樂部，雖然郊區，但規劃、風景都不錯的大小社區一個挨着一個；人比較友善，目光交匯之外多問候；還有酒店多日一成不變的早餐：素炒雞蛋、細烤腸、小土豆片、咖啡等。
