« 在一個居民區裏面，有超市水果店早餐店等配套，很方便，居民區裏很安靜，加厚窗簾早晨也不會因光線刺眼早早叫醒我們，床很大，一大一小夠睡。熱水器不是電熱水器，兩大兩小4個人持續洗澡夠用，電熱水器多半洗了一半要等它燒水。房東準備了大小兩種洗衣機，每天從沙灘玩回來，衣服放小洗衣機裏洗非常省心，有一個大大的露台可以晾曬衣服很方便。唯一美中不足的是床墊不夠軟。總的來説，這個價格住上能持續供應熱水洗澡以及便捷生活的民宿，很滿意啦。 »

It is part of the Pingtan County urban facilities and located at the center of the north-south line. The sea-view rooms offer a 180° view of the sea, and you can watch the sunrise while lying in bed! Many guests walk to the beach in their swimsuits directly from their rooms! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get (some rooms were renovated in 2025 and some in 2023). Airport shuttle bus directly to the lobby on the first floor!
