« Dans l'ensemble, j'étais plutôt satisfait. S'agissant d'un appartement meublé, les chambres étaient spacieuses et équipées d'un lave-linge séchant et de lessive, ce qui était appréciable.
Cependant, les fenêtres de la chambre n'étaient pas bien isolées et, comme elle donnait sur la rue, il y avait des courants d'air et du bruit la nuit.
Il y a bien un passage extérieur, mais il est bloqué par des véhicules en stationnement. Les VTC ne peuvent pas accéder à l'entrée et doivent se garer dans le passage, ce qui est gênant avec les bagages. »

« Super appartement, très bien situé à deux pas des remparts et de la porte Sud de la vieille ville.
Les hôtes sont adorables, ne parlent pas anglais mais très facile avec le traducteur.
Nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants et avons passé un très bon moment, literie confortable, oreillers moelleux, douche avec eau chaude constante et un lave linge à l’intérieur de l’appartement.

« This is my fourth stay with them and I even recommend to my friend to stay when we visit Xi'An. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I was a bit surprised to find that smoking is allowed in the rooms. I could even smell it from my room. When I passed by the room next door, their door and window were open, and the smell of smoke was quite noticeable. »

« Amazing Stay with Excellent Service!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi’an! Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better.
Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again! »

« Je suis partie en voyage avec mes parents et j'ai réservé un hôtel à la hâte pour la nuit. Quelle joie en entrant !
Les photos P1 et P2 montrent la chambre : spacieuse et propre, avec une enceinte connectée et une excellente insonorisation. Ayant visité de nombreuses villes, c'est l'un des rares hôtels que j'ai trouvés absolument irréprochables.
La photo P3 montre le salon extérieur de la chambre : incroyablement bien conçu. On peut s'y installer confortablement pour jouer à des jeux ou lire. Il y a aussi un salon derrière la réception, que je n'ai pas photographié, mais qui est également très agréable.
Le propriétaire était très aimable. Nous sommes arrivés tard avec beaucoup de bagages, ce qui a été un peu compliqué, mais il est venu nous aider avec gentillesse.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Un excellent choix pour les enseignants ! »

« Cette expérience de séjour dépasse mes attentes et il faut bien les écraser. L'espace de chambre est largement accessible, la lumière est très bonne, le mur est propre et le sol est doux, le sol en bois est géré sans coloration, la porte n'a aucun goût intacte, les détails de l'hygiène sont particulièrement disponibles. La chambre est équipée d'un miroir complet, la tenue quotidienne est très pratique, la petite cuisine indépendante est équipée de réfrigérateur, lave-linge, voyage à court terme, voyage à court terme est complètement utile, lavage quotidien, stockage de nourriture à jeun sont très prudents, les nouvelles installations ne sont pas détruites, l'électricité fonctionne sans doute. »

« We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel during our family trip. The room was incredibly spacious, more than enough for the four of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped.
The facilities were also very complete. One thing we really appreciated was the availability of a laundry service, which was extremely helpful when you're traveling and trying to pack light. Around the hotel, there were plenty of convenience stores within walking distance, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Plus, finding halal food wasn’t a problem at all—there were several halal vendors nearby, many of which were already open early in the morning for breakfast.
The front desk staff were warm and very helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they were always ready to assist us whenever we had questions.
If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of a bath mat in the bathroom, which made things a bit slippery after showering. Also, the room wasn't soundproof, so we could hear some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms.
Overall though, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it—especially for families. »

« C'est l'un des Marriott Executive Apartments les plus confortables où j'aie jamais séjourné. Dès ma sortie de voiture, un groom s'est précipité pour m'aider à ouvrir la portière et à prendre mes bagages. Arrivé à la réception, les réceptionnistes étaient très accueillants. Ma chambre n'étant pas encore prête, j'ai attendu dans le hall. La réceptionniste m'a apporté des cookies et une soupe aux prunes, un délice rafraîchissant. Le plus : le menu à volonté et les boissons, très appréciés. Après une quinzaine de minutes d'attente, la chambre était prête. Le réceptionniste, Chang, m'a dit que, comme j'avais attendu longtemps, il m'avait aussi offert un petit aimant pour mon réfrigérateur, ce qui était une sensation agréable. J'ai commandé des plats à emporter et le robot les a livrés très rapidement, contrairement à d'autres hôtels où même les robots livrent et où l'attente est longue. Le réceptionniste nous saluait en faisant les cent pas. On se sentait plus chez un voisin qu'à l'hôtel. C'était super et je le recommanderais à mes amis. »
