« Тишина, чистота, уют. Что ещё требуется после долгого перелёта или многочасового похода по токийским достопримечательностям? Домик расположен достаточно далеко от железнодорожной станции, но это в результате обеспечивает спокойствие и полное отдохновение. Помещение небольшое, но невероятно содержательное. Кухня, туалет, ванная комната, стиральная машина, телевизор, микроволновка - есть всё. Заезд бесконтактный. Ключи носить с собой не потребуется. Раздача интернета через планшет. Это надо учесть, чтобы не рыскать по комнате в поисках кода для вай-фая. Туалетной бумаги и салфеток в избытке. Средства для стирки имеются. В общем, рай. И до аэропорта Ханеда всего 2 остановки. »

« We’ve stayed here for the first 3 nights at Tokyo and never regretted! Ideal location - not a noisy tourist spot and still very convenient for transportation and getting around. Two metro lines are 3-5 minutes away by straight walk. Parisian style cafe is next door - got fresh croissants every morning before our strolls. The check in went smoothly, the apartment was spacious by Tokyo measures) two adults and teen got more than expected. Kitchen was fully furnished, smart bathroom, ironing board and washing machine with detergent- all you need for your stay! Staff was extremely helpful! Girls filled out all papers for Yamato shipments when I asked for help with them - use 7-11 near Hamamatsucho station, cause nearest one is bad, that’s just kind remark for those staying and willing to ship luggage to another hotel or city. Anyway- next time I’ll definitely stay at Section L »

« 10 minutes walk by Shuttle stop at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo (Kinshi-cho) from Haneda airport. It was a bit hard to find the place maybe because of construction around there (?) Situated in quiet neighborhood and convenient store near by (we sent our suitcases to next place by Takkyubin at the convenient store- what a great thing Japan has!). I liked only one unit each story. Well equipped and clean place as a cleanness is my priority. Extra 2 small mirrors were nice :) They have a washer which is plus. Looking Skytree for steps out was nice especially at night. We supposed to meet our son on same day who came from different airport. My husband and I got there one day late because our airplane had some computer problems. Our son who speaks/read only English got at place alone for the first day. Our son called me that there is no hot water when he wanted to take shower. He couldn't call them to ask it because we only have data plan (not calling plan). Luckily, he has a mother from Japan (me), so I was able to tell him how to turn heater on by using WhatsUp video call (my son was worried to read a review said ”there is no hot water”). No worries not having hot water - YOU JUST TURN SWITCH ON! - I think the switch was near kitchen (They said cleaning people turned water heater off for safety.) Having English explanation/labels preferably with pictures would be much helpful since most of people speak/read English. Overall, I liked this place! »

« Generally the location is very good except it can be confusing for new travelers. The nearest train station is only served by the Local train service, not express train. Thus, need to wait for a while for the train and need to change at Kawasaki station to the express train. Else, walk 25mins across the bridge to Kawasaki station but you can get your groceries and restaurants. Cleanliness is top notch but why therer are so much cleaning fluids under the sink, in the bathroom, in the toilet and even in shoe cabinet. I give poor service for a very serious problem. I was unable to open the door because there are two locks. Not sure whether turning clockwise or anti-clockwise will unlock the lock. I was stuck there for some time and tried to call the number about 10 times, but no response. I also emailed. Luckily, a Japanese neighbour helped me. He also struggled to open the door and we figured out that both locks need to be turned 'Clockwise' and pull the door hard to open it. Although the email instructions says the door is heavy, it is actually due to negative air pressure as the door and windows are sealed. After I open the window, it became easy to pull the door open. The Japanese neighbour advised me to only use One lock on the door. Throughout the 4 days, there was no reply to me email or call asking whether I was alright or had to go to an alternative hotel! There was no instruction to dispose the rubbish out the room. Thus, I was unable to buy fresh seafood such as fish and crabs and gut it. Leftover seafood parts will be rotting in the plastic bag and create a stench. In my previous places, either dispose at the rubbish bin outside the main door or a place the bin outside the apartment door for a staff to remove it. »

« I will book the hotel again if I come to visit Japan cause really good and near with station . Very quiet ✨🥳 clean also good »
