It is fully functional and is perfect for short or longer stays. There are two spacious live spaces and a convertible table for dining. There are also nice queen bedrooms with a shared bath between each and also a hall door. It also has a kitchen and laundry for your use. There is a nice front porch that has views of the ridge.
