« An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside. It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place. It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated. I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help. »

« J'ai apprécié mon séjour ; le service client a répondu très rapidement à mes demandes. Le Mandala est comme une petite oasis au milieu du désert, totalement autonome. Il y a l'eau courante et internet. La vue était époustouflante. Certes, certains touristes font remarquer quelques petits détails, mais ayant séjourné dans de nombreux endroits, nous ne chipoterons pas. Concernant la nourriture, le café manque de variété, mais après tout, nous sommes au Vietnam. On trouve peut-être un plus grand choix dans les supermarchés. Les prix sont un peu élevés, certes, mais c'est une oasis touristique ; chacun doit gagner sa vie. Ce que j'ai le moins aimé, c'est le vent constant qui ne s'arrêtait jamais. Il était particulièrement fort aux étages supérieurs. Mais je n'y pouvais rien. »

However the service is shocking, room Was dirty with cockroaches staff didn’t care. I’m not sure if it’s a hotel or people own these apartments and let them out. We arrived at the front desk they told Us to wait and some Woman showed up and showed us to our room. »

« Un endroit génial pour une escapade. Escapade digne d'un resort, avec accès à la plage, aux piscines et à la restauration sur place à un prix raisonnable. Tout le monde était sympathique ; nous avions besoin de nous évader, car nous étions à Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville la semaine précédente, et cet endroit avait une belle piscine et des jeux pour enfants. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de tester l'aire de jeux et le club enfants, car ils étaient fermés les jours où nous y étions. »

Trong khuôn viên rất rộng nên cần xe di chuyển xung quanh, tuy nhiên khi liên hệ số hotline được cung cấp, nvien luôn vâng vâng dạ dạ nhưng xe thì hên xui mới tới. 4. Bãi biển riêng KHÔNG ĐẸP LẮM. Biển bãi riêng trên dọc đường Nguyễn Đình Chiểu trung tâm đẹp hơn nhiều (đây là biển trên NĐC, ở kia xấu quá ko buồn chụp ảnh) »

« Le centre-ville est un hôtel très confortable et très confortable. Le contrôle peut prendre du temps, surtout si vous ne parlez pas vietnamien. Il y avait trois d'entre nous dans la chambre, mais avec une seule carte, il était inconvenant, puisque l'électricité, les lumières et toutes les installations de la chambre fonctionnent exclusivement avec la carte, ce qui signifie que nous devions toujours se déplacer ensemble. L'hôtel est situé à une distance très loin de la zone principale et de la vie nocturne de Mi Né, donc il se sent un peu isolé. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de boutiques à pied, mais cela n'a pas été un problème pour moi depuis que j'ai loué une bicyclette et je suis allé dans la ville. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, le service de la chambre est très bien situé. J'ai contacté l'administrateur et demandé au moins des serviettes fraîches que nous avons reçues, mais le nettoyage n'a jamais été offert. Globalement, un bon hôtel avec de grandes installations, mais avec quelques inconvénients remarquables. »

Mais il y a 4 bâtiments (tours) lors de la réservation, d'après les photographies, il y avait des tours plus proches de la mer et la chambre était donnée dans la tour la plus éloignée de la mer. Lors de la réservation, sachez que vous ne pourrez pas choisir les tours, et que la photo ne correspond pas à la vue depuis la fenêtre ! »

« I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable. »
