Avis : Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites

Unfortunately the one bedroom we stayed in was not up to standard. It had the previous persons rubbish in it and the hand towel and 2 pillowcases were dirty. We also saw small ants but thought nothing of and killed them off……  We got those replaced, but woke up to the kitchen floor saturated. Worked out the fridge was leaking. Maintenance came and said there is nothing they can do, they have always had trouble with it. So we were given extra bath mats to soak up the floor.  Went to cook breakfast… got the frying pan out. It was disgusting.  Back to the ants… woke up the next morning to hundreds of ants on the kitchen bench, inside cupboards and into the bin. Lucky nothing was left out or open. Again went to reception and were given extra bin bags and some bug spray.  Very disappointed considering how much i paid.

Great location, pool is nice however the heater isn't set too high (still cold). No restaurant/bar on site. Hotel rooms are a little dated, shower is in need of an overhaul.

房間～很大，有個大陽台～～ 沙灘也很近～～ 有個簡單的廚房，可以做早餐和簡單做吃的～～ 已經住第二次了，下次度假再來

1.衞生：很好 沒得説 2.服務：很好 3.設施：房間超級大，還有個大陽台，客廳空間大，自帶廚房可以簡單做點飯。地理位置優越去哪都近 4.雷點：wifi連不上，還好流量夠用。圖文無關

地段非常好，門口就是沙灘🏖️

疫情後第一次入住這個酒店，稍微有點舊。感覺還是不錯的，下次還願意住。

地理位置、環境、設施都非常好👍
