Lovely hotel, quiet location walking distance to the beach. Food was amazing and staff where all very helpful

Writing this review because I’m being kept awake by extremely loud entertainment in the bar area at 11:30pm. I contacted the desk and they said that they would lower the volume… they have not. We’ve been travelling all day and need the rest. ***

Great hotel, very well located and just a few minutes away from the beach. Quiet and with a very pleasant outdoor area, with a fantastic pool. All the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere at this hotel turns out to be super familiar. The restaurant is great and there is a lot of variety. With several entertainment activities, the animators Emílio and Lola are absolutely fantastic. We will certainly return.

I was highly disappointed when I arrived to the Estival Isla Cristina hotel. The place looked threadbare from outside but it got worse when we finally got to the well-worn room. Please be advised, this is a wannabe 4 stars Hotel. As shown on the pictures, I have found a blonde hair and a piece of plastic adhered to my towel and here's the best past. The AC was off. On the second day, we went to the reception to report the issue and the lady opened a report in front of my eyes and said they'll send someone. After that, we spent 4 days sweating and opening the windows, but the problem was never solved. They didn't took the time to notify us either. At the checkout day, again we shared our discomfort about the A.C., but they said due to an Energetic Law, they turned off the AC of all rooms. What about the report? Well, it's impossible that happened since all knew about the law. Seriously? Note to the owner: You're a disrespectful thief. On your website, you mentioned there's AC available. You're stealing my hard earned money and laughing on my face. I wish I could report you but unfortunately I can't.

I made a mistake today. Sat on a sun lounger ... Quickly asked to pay €25 .....lol They were covered in bird poo...and the table beside was dirty. Nothing a jiffy couldn't sort out . Nobody is using these loungers ....too expensive probably. And your paying double for a beer at this place. We moved to a parasol that someone had reserved with there towels......ha ha Simply remove and relax for free. I asked the guy if he would pay ....No lol. Ps ...you need to go find the bar person all the time to get a beer

Hotel donde nada más llegar percibes la amabilidad de todo el personal. Aunque sea agosto no está masificado, nosotros íbamos en media pensión u pudimos cambiar al almuerzo. La habitación junior suite muy amplia y cómoda, la cama súper grande. Tiene una pequeña cocina que si lo pides te suben el menaje que te haga falta algo de agradecer con la media pensión. Mi hija es celiaca y no tuvimos problemas. Respecto a la animación cabe destacar la labor de Lola y Emilio fantásticos profesionales. El hotel te hace sentir como si lo conocieras de sienpre. Cabe destacar a Sandra por su alegría siempre atenta a todo. Gracias por estos maravillosos días. Me encantaron los espectáculos nocturnos con mucha variedad A las 00 ya todo en silencio para poder descansar que no se oye nada de nada. Un acierto volveremos
