I got married in Coed y Mwstwr in April 2024, and cannot thank everyone at the Coed enough. From our first contacts with the wedding coordinator team, they were so lovely and made sure that everything was straightforward, taking all the stress out of wedding planning. The wedding day itself was amazing and everyone at the Coed was brilliant and they pulled out the stops to ensure my husband and I had the best day. Our MC Ollie was absolutely brilliant - incredibly professional, made sure the day flowed smoothly with no hiccups and was a really fun person to guide us through the day. The food at the wedding breakfast was excellent and I have had countless compliments from our wedding guests about how lovely the venue/hotel was and about the quality of the food. I cannot recommend Coed-y-Mwstwr highly enough to anyone thinking of this as a wedding venue and want to thank them for making my wedding day so amazing.

The venue is stunning. We had so many compliments from our guests saying how lovely it is. The wedding events team are great and always on hand if you need anything. The day itself went without a hitch and thats down to the coordination between all the team. We had such a great day. The food was amazing and noone went hungry and all said how lovely it was. Thank you again for such an amazing day. Special mention to Ollie and Paul who went above and beyond with their customer service.

Stunning venue, lovely food, helpful staff. We stayed in the coach house, rooms were large and comfortable, very clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasty. Stunning location with lots of countryside to explore.

We only stayed for one night, in the coach house room. The room was perfect, well appointed with everything needed and nice and quiet. We had a snack in the bar and an evening meal in the restaurant together with the breakfast. The food was excellent and drinks reasonably priced. Service was excellent and all staff we spoke to were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again

I have stayed here multiple times while travelling for work. Every time the team go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Everyone is very friendly. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the food is phenomenal.

We have stayed here at Chris**as for many years with friends and have always had a good service. Unfortunately, this year was not so good. My wife e mailed to request a room with a bath but had no response. We checked in and found the television only had 2 working channels. I asked reception twice if they could have a look at it and despite assurances, no one did. Breakfast was poor, my wife ordered a vegetarian breakfast but not even offered a vegetarian sausage. Mine seemed to be warmed up in a microwave which may have explained the wait. The evening was excellent as was the evening meal. Low score due to the breakfast and television problem

What an amazing venue for a wedding.The ceremony was held in the outside conservatory,with the rest of the celebrations held in the far room ......it worked perfectly.The bridal suite is the ideal room for photos and for the bride to dress .

Our son and daughter in law married here in December 2023 and what a fabulous occasion it was. From the initial contacts with the hotel until after the wedding, we were so impressed with everything. The downstairs rooms were beautifully dressed for Chris**as and the hotel has a warm and welcoming a**osphere. The staff were all so helpful and caring and special thanks must be given to Paul who made the day run without a hitch. Many of the relatives had never been to Wales and didn’t speak English and what a brilliant experience everyone at the hotel gave them. Nothing was too much trouble. The food throughout the day was delicious and we can not recommend Coed Y Mwstwr highly enough. Thank you to Paul and every member of the staff for everything they did to make the wedding perfect.
