N’y allez pas! La piscine ne fonctionne pas et merci aux américains au bar de l’hôtel qui hurle toute la nuit. Propreté moyenne A 16h la femme de chambre toujours pas la. Par contre l’hôtel est bien situé et le rooftop permet de voir le coucher de soleil.

The hotel Flamingo is a great place to stay in Cozumel. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to the city center, diving, restaurants, and museums. The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We look forward to our next visit! Jim and Liz

Was an amazing staff and very comfy rooms. Bar and restaurant atmosphere were delightful. No question I’ll be returning and would like to thank Richard T for providing such a wonderful experience. Jeff R and Mary R would like to thank the staff and owner.

Everything was great from the minute We got there. Oscar at the desk is great Tom the owner was very nice and made us feel just like at home. I couldn’t say anything nicer about our experience from the comfy beds to the amazing people. We are definitely coming back, thanks for the great experience Tom

What a great place! Perfect location from town and excellent view of the ocean. Rooms are clean and nice size. Also, great free breakfast every morning from the best server ever, Oscar! He greets you daily with a big smile! Can't wait to stay there again.

If you plan on not spending time at the hotel Flamingo is a good location. No TV or wi fi on the 3rd floor. All of the lights in the room continuously flickered, as in a short. I was told this has been an ongoing issue, but expensive. Only lounge cushion on the roof by the pool was moldy, and no comfortable chairs. No bartender in the empty bar. I got locked out one night until night employee showed up. I feel very deceived from the ad. It even advertised beach bars! The location is good but I will not return.

No water ! Just drips out of shower head, we have 2 rooms same in both rooms, front desk is not helpful at all. We always stay at hotel plaza Cozumel much better place to stay. We checked in today late will ask for refund in the morning if we can find other accommodations. Have always stayed in down town first and last time here.

This lovely boutique hotel was a last minute find on ******* to attend the last 3 days of Carnival. We were super happy with how nice the hotel was, the size of the room and most of all the perfect location to walk to all the major tourist spots. We’d return for sure!

Clean, comfortable, modern quiet, and right in the middle of downtown. Flamingo hotel is a great place to relax and the perfect launch point to explore the rest of Cozumel. You are steps from restaurants and nightlife, but the rest of the island is still a short taxi ride away. Consider this boutique hotel before booking at a larger resort, you will be more comfortable.
