For shared use: natural state property 3'000 m2, garden (not fenced) plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Private: natural state property 225 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow. 150 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Public parking 200 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, pebble beach 47 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Nearby attractions: Domobianca 3 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
