Best bed and lovely venue. Compact and not overwhelming in size so felt intimate and cosy. Lovely staff in the beef eater restaurant next door. Beautiful bedroom views over the garden and very tranquil - enough to leave the window open all night

Best premier inn I stayed so far.warm welcoming from teams and excellent service provided during my stay.room was spotless clean .nice and quit location . Free parking as well lot of space.they do real good deal on meal deal. Worth to try good selection of menu

After a 5 hour drive, with kids asleep in the room including my 4 year old daughter, to be awoken by a large male employee. At 1:30am “Looking forward a room to put a guest” was not at all ideal. Time Is now 3:40am, still can’t sleep as we feel unsafe. I’ll be wanting more than a refund. That’s for sure.

The bed and pillows are amazing, hairdryer kept stopping every 30 seconds which was annoying and the shower curtain was barely holding on. Over all, a pretty decent stay in my opinion, breakfast was pretty good but the WiFi/ signal was terrible!!

I love this place, second time here, friendly, helpful staff, lovely food, comfy beds, good sizable rooms, and a nice bathroom. Thankyou to Mabel in reception for her friendly, cheery, efficient, and cheerful manner. Thanks also to the staff in the Beefeater, especially the poor barman, who was on his own, and seemed to be non-stop last night, and the server we spoke with this morning.

Stayed at this premier inn Was so nice as soon as I arrived at 4 pm was greeted by a lovely lady on reception smiling and chatting and ask if I needed anything just to come and see her.when I entered room there was Jamie dodgers on the side with plenty of coffee and tea sachets the bedding was a brilliant white smelt fresh mattress very comfy . And the pillows fantastic . I have stayed in many premier inns across the country and this was the best

Stayed two nights here. Room was very tired, marks on walls and soft furnishings.the room smelt musty. Bathroom was very small and had a dirty shower curtain. There was mould around the bath. We could also hear noise from other rooms. The staff were very friendly

best primer inn i have stayed in.very attentive staff.hsk was very warm and welcoming in the morning.good breakfast service in the restaurant.quiet and easy access location.wi-fi is bit issue not good signal but its work on my phone so couldn’t bother.overall very good customer service

Spent 2 nights at this Premier Inn. Was made very welcome on arrival. Room was spotlessly clean. Shower was very good. Although situated on a very busy road we could hear no noise from traffic in the hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful . Altogether a very good experience

We so loved our stay, the welcome we received on arrival after our long journey was so wonderful. The room was great very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, we all had the best nights sleep. Very quiet room and great for the family. Would highly recommend.

While Mabel was assisting me, a woman came over and interrupted our process with verbal aggression. Mabel remained completely polite, both with me and with the woman.Thank you, Mabel, for the care you provided and for the effort in your work.

A friendly welcome when checking in to the hotel. Nicely maintained rooms and communal spaces. Will stay again when working in the area as it was easy to park and well located. The restaurant is next door which is convenient and the whole experience was exactly what I expect from the chain.
