Estancia súper agradable, personal muy atento. A 1 minuto del metro y tren, con un supermercado al lado, desayuno con buffet (todo muy rico) y habitación increíble con un colchón de 10. Sin duda alguna repetiremos 👍

Very happy with this hotel. Friendly staff. Very good location for exploring London, specially when arriving at Gatwick. Also nice to experience Croydon, that gave a good impression. Very good value for money.

From checking in, things were not in place. Cards not working, had to go back down. Room was dirty and dusty, no body soap, no iron in the room, the whole corridor was smelling of sewage. Worst premier inn hotel I have been

Terrible stay. Room was good Bed good ********** in front of entrance in a tent, very loud at night. Bad service, only one elderly woman kept us feeling welcomed. Often closed at restaurant and bar at evening.

Great hotel and facilities especially A/C, great at a reasonable price - even some high cost hotels don't have A/C which is amazing these days Location great - hotel has everything you need and being so close to the station is great - coop next door once again makes it convenient - parking is close but with discount it's £12.00 per 24hrs

Stain on the couch which is disgusting. Smelly lift lobbies and corridors. No one in the reception to help. No refill of tea bags in the reception area. I do not expect a 5-star service but just a clean room, but they just fail to deliver.

Great service for breakfast, Teresa and Marcia couldn’t do enough for us. They were very welcoming and fun to be around and made sure we had everything we needed - and more! The breakfast food and drinks were good too with plenty of choice and a nice atmosphere.

Friendly staff, great for kids, good fresh food. We love a premier inn breakfast and this was a great example …………………………. ………………………. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome and patience with the children who had a lovely lovely lovely time !

I arrived before 9am on my check-in day and asked if I could get in early, as I had travelled far and was attending a funeral in the afternoon. Teresa managed to sort a clean room for me within 20 minutes and couldn’t have been more helpful. Apart from that, mega comfy bed, great shower and amazing breakfast. Thank you so much.
