Nous avons séjourné à deux reprises dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois le personnel a été charmant et les chambres étaient confortables. L’hôtel est calme et très bien situé à deux pas de la Plaza de Armas et des commerces/restaurants. Possibilité de laisser des bagages en consigne pendant les treks. Le personnel est très réactif lors d’échanges sur Whatsapp et surtout n’a pas hésité à nous aider lorsque nous avons appris que notre vol était annulé en appelant la compagnie. Un professionnalisme très appréciable. Un grand merci.

We can not over emphasize how friendly and helpful the staff at this hotel is. They were wonderful and helpful our whole stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main square. The room was large and clean. Slightly older, but very clean. We would absolutely stay there again.

Negatives : Room very noisy due to the location next to the road and no noise insulation .Room cold and humid ,due to inoperative heaters .Impossible to make shower due to inoperative water hot /cold mixing valve .Basic breakfast . Positives : Very helpful staff , location walking distance from city center and Oxygen provided free.

What is good about this hotel is that it is next to restaurants and sights in Cusco. The shower had no hot water in 3 out of 4 nights, just warm at best. The hotel has central heating but it was never on and nights can be chilly in November. (There is not much insulation either. ) Bathroom floor was very cold and unpleasant to walk barefoot. Noise from the street was terrible at evenings as people are honking horns on the street (like everyone else is deliberately staying behind in the traffic jam?). Also, doors are so thin that voices from the corridor are easily heard to your room. The only thing I found good about the hotel is the girl at reception typically at afternoon/evening shifts. She was very helpful and genuinely friendly.

We stayed here during our recent visit to Cusco, Peru. Great hotel, excellent location and the staff make every effort to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room charge and the breakfast selection is varied and very good. Highly recommended.

*Hotel is in the city. Close to the city square, cusco cathedral and some tourist spots. There is also a pharmacy, massage parlor, restaurants nearby. *The receptionist, in the morning shift, chinese-looking with specs, was so nice. She helps us in every way possible. I just forgot her name. *Elevator/Lift is from Ground to 4th floor. If your room is on the 5th, you have to climb a bit upstairs. *Tv and fridge is available inside the room. Hairdryer not working. Heater cannot be controlled inside the room and is available only at night. There’s a bathtub. No bidet. No boiler inside the room. Hot water and teas are available in the lobby area. *Breakfast is fine. Bread, butter, jams, omelet, fruits, cereals, milk, yoghurt, fresh juices are available. On my opinion, hotel is 7/10. Stayed only for few days but it was good because we were not inside the hotel all the time.

The hotel rooms are always clean! The staff are very kind, helpful and very professional! Specially Srta. Ericka. She is the best and very NICE!! They have breakfast buffet and tea available for 24 hrs. It is a couple of blocks away from the main square. We stayed here for a week. Highly recommended

Hotel is clean and near Plaza de Armas. Price is very reasonable. Easy access to tourist points in city but away from high priced tourist shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is excellent, especially, Srta Ericka. She is always happy, smiling, ready to help. The first night in Cuzco/hotel, our 7 yr old daughter had very bad case of altitude sickness. Srta Ericka (at front desk) immediately recommended a nearby “Clinica”, organized a taxi for us and called the Clinica to give them advance notice we were on our way w/daughter. When we arrived at clinic they were prepared for us, checked our daughter’s vital signs, admitted her and then arranged for a pediatric to see her. This was all due to the help Srta Ericka at the hotel. The hotel elevator services rooms on all four floors. Breakfast is buffet and good. Entire experience for us was excellent! Highly recommend!
