Avis : Pullman Danang Beach Resort

This is our second time back in 2 years. They have upgraded some of the facilities. Breakfast remains good though I think this time they added more Korean food which is not my cup of tea. Room is good. Pool is great. The beach was quiet and very private. Our kids love Pullman and they are looking forward going back again. My daughter accidentally broke the glass in the bathroom and they wanted to charge me for that. It is not a huge amount of money but this is the first time ever I have been asked to pay for a broken glass. As hotel operator, I believe they know usual wear and tear and accidentally damaged items. The room charge should have factored in normal situation like this. It is not vandalism, only one glass was broken and we did not hide it, we left the glass there for them to see and pick up. We were very surprised at them asking us to pay. What if thr fan or air con is broken, will they charge us for fixing it? I suggest them putting a sign up to inform us what will be the charges if things are broken in the room so that we have an option whether we need them to be in the room.

We was so appreciated for the Front desk staff, he was very helpful. The Room are tidy, I really like the big bathtub. There was so warmly hand writing welcome card by the Manager, and fruit plate was so nice. Breakfast was so good

The hotel is nice and at very good location but the service is not as good as other 5-star resort because sometimes, they don’t have staff to help guest to load/unload luggages. Besides, in our room, the tissue box was broken when we checkin, the resort did change when we tell them but it should be more perfect

Stayed at Pullman for 1 week on 1st week Jun 25. The resort was awesome. The moment we stepped in the lobby we were greeted by friendly staffs, welcome drink n hand towels. Checked in was fast and smooth. The room was super clean. As our accommodation was for 3, all amenities were prepared 3 sets unlike some other hotels or resorts require to call housekeeping to request for it. Breakfast one of the best, wide selection of food, drinks and fruits. Food was good too. Pool is clean and best part beach is juz in front of resort. We'll definitely revisit Danand again.

There is daily yoga class. Very pleasant hotel and attentive staff. The family suite is huge and comfortable. Attentive staff. There is shuttle bus to and fro Hoi An. Costing about 160k for a round trip per pax. It is very comfortable but timing a little inflexible. Pick up from hotel is 2.30pm and return is 3.30pm or 8.30pm. Would be better to use grab and cheaper too.

Best management and best service. My from Pullman is the best lady who gave us a lot of good advice in here, she is professional.

we were upgraded to two bedroom suite with reasonable charge thanks to the manager who accomodated our booking mistake. the resort was so beautiful we cancelled our day trips and enjoyed the facilities and the beach. thanks for a great time and we will be back!

15 mins from Da Nang Airport, very convenient to visitors, service was good and beautiful beach, while just a bit old and toilet flush is bad

Wonderful resort with direct access to My Khe Beach. Comfortable and spacious room, with balcony looking into the garden/pool. The other good thing is that Pullman resort introduces new dishes in the breakfast buffet daily, with a wide spread to energise your day. K-mart is just opposite the resort, with different eateries along the stretch of road too. Friendly staff.

Great location on the beach!

We stayed at the Pullman for 3 nights. The hotel is right on the beach and great to have both pool and beach in close proximity. Adjoining room with the kids was convenient and staff were lovely. Definitely coming back!

Great first stay in Danang! Truly enjoyed the location, right on the beach and easy to eat out or order in. Wish there were chairs closer to the water so we could enjoy the shade while watching the little one playing in the water. At the moment it's either all sand with shade or all water with absolutely no shade. Service was great as well. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. Only issue was room cleanliness. It was passable but there were still dirty corners, trash under the bed, and shower stains. Cleanliness was also an issue on parts of the beach where trash and cigarettes littered the seating area. Definitely stay here if you want beach access!
