Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.

L'hôtel est très beau et dispose d'une plage privée. Vous pouvez rester à l'hôtel toute une journée. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux, comprenant des nouilles vietnamiennes, du riz gluant à la mangue, etc. La chambre est également très surprenante. la terrasse et voir le paysage de tout l'hôtel. C'est bien un hôtel Kai Yue, la piscine est très belle, mais c'est dommage que les environs soient vraiment désolés. On ne peut prendre qu'un taxi pour aller en ville. manger (il y a plusieurs restaurants dans l'hôtel, mais ils sont assez chers). De plus, la piscine est adaptée aux parents et aux enfants. Elle est relativement peu profonde et semble difficile à nager, mais je la recommanderai. amis. Rester deux nuits est parfait. Il convient aux amis qui veulent jouer dans les hôtels.

This is one of the best resorts on Da Nang coast line. The private beach is clean and beautiful. The facilities are top notch and the villas are amazing. The celing height is more than 12 feet which makes the villa airy. The private pool is the USP of this place. The water body running through the property is a nice touch. The best part is that the golf karts are easily available. Highly recommended for people travelling in groups. Only demerit is that the location is a bit away from main town. P.S. This place is a favorite among tourist from south korea.

I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. If you come back, you will definitely choose Crowne Plaza as a resort. Thank you!

Very huge infinity pool where ppl can even kayak in it! Highly recommend to go for the breakfast with pretty decent spread and good coffee, even better than some cafe in Vietnam. Location is between danang and hoi ann it's good for those wishes to visit the 2 places but not for party goer as there are nothing nearby. Nevertheless, can easily get a grab to go around so the remote location is not an issue. Service was superb

Great first stay in Danang! Truly enjoyed the location, right on the beach and easy to eat out or order in. Wish there were chairs closer to the water so we could enjoy the shade while watching the little one playing in the water. At the moment it's either all sand with shade or all water with absolutely no shade. Service was great as well. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. Only issue was room cleanliness. It was passable but there were still dirty corners, trash under the bed, and shower stains. Cleanliness was also an issue on parts of the beach where trash and cigarettes littered the seating area. Definitely stay here if you want beach access!

Très bel hôtel familial, le personnel est aux petits soins, discret, agréable et très professionnel. Il est à mon avis idéalement situé (bord de mer et en ville à la fois donc c'est facile pour se déplacer car présence de taxi, de grab... même si l'hôtel propose son propre service de taxi et location de voiture). L'hôtel est beau (y/c la nuit quand les allées sont illuminées), agréable, sécurisé et le service de voiturette très efficace (10 minutes annoncé mais ils étaient là en 1 à 2 minutes max). Notre villa était propre, spacieuse, très agréable (piscine, accès mer, on entendait les oiseaux chanter le matin) avec pas mal de rangements, très bonne literie, le room service est très bien, nous avons même pu adapter des plats aux goûts de nos enfants. Le personnel s'est toujours montré très patient avec nous qui avons un niveau d'anglais relativement faible, ils essayaient toujours de trouver d'autres moyens/mots...pour qu'on puisse communiquer (chose très agréable car en Thaïlande ils n'ont pas ce réflexe et bloquent sur des mots et le répètent sans cesse). Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et c'est un vrai buffet international, étant français avec des enfants, nous avons apprécié trouver de délicieuses viennoiseries (tout était très bon). Les restaurants et le bar proposent des plats et boissons de différents horizons afin que tout le monde puisse trouver chaussure à sont pied. C'est un vrai complexe hôtelier car il propose également des activités sportives (y/c des activités nautiques gratuites), un service de spa, un kids club qui avait l'air top... que nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu essayer par manque de temps. Le seul bémol c'est que nous avions pris le petit déjeuner inclus mais dans leur condition (que nous n'avions pas lu) il y a un extra à payer pour les enfants de 6 à 11 ans (pas en dessous ni au dessus) même si le prix est plus qu'accessible. Et aussi, dommage que le café disponible dans la chambre soit en sachet hydrosoluble. Très bel hôtel qui mérite ses ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Toute notre petite famille a àdoré y séjourner, nous ne pourrons pas y revenir mais çela aurait été avec plaisir.

Amazing hotel, although a little pricey, especially as my rate didn’t include breakfast. The room is very comfortable h the view and the balcony are what really makes the hotel. The pool has a beautiful view but it’s very small and when you’re on a lounger there you’re very close to the other guests (only a few loungers in a small space)

All Good! The hotel is 15-20mins from the airport (with normal traffic). Grab Car & Bike/ Taxi/ Buggy are all available with pick up in front of the hotel. Check in process was super easy. Deposit of 500k is required upon check in. Front desk staff can speak basic english. I was attended by Ethan. He was very attentive and will brief you the basic things about the hotel and will recommend places/ things to do in Da Nang. For other personnel, just use the google translate to speak to them. View from the balcony is outstanding. The noise from the traffic can be annoying but it's the norm here. The music from the beach clubs can be heard but they'll stop playing music at 12am. The beach is accessible to public 24hours. The beach vendors will start to open business at 4am (in average), so if you seat at their beach beds/ chair at midnight just make sure you bring some cash in case they came to open earlier than 4am. It's 50k for normal chair. Toiletries are provided e.g. soap, toothbrush/ paste, shower gel, shower cap, cotton buds. Hairdryer and make up mirror also available. Water pressure was very strong at Level 6. The cold water was super cold though. The mini bar has electric kettle, mini refrigerator, mineral waters (Aquafina), peach tea and instant coffee. Sugar and creamer are not provided. The wardrobe has weighing scale, safebox, robe, slippers. Cable TV is available but all are local channels. TV is not smart TV. Bed was comfy. No bed bugs. Sleeping quality was great. No power source next to the bed/ side table. But there are few at the corner near the sofa, at the mini bar. Room is spacious can fit easily (Asian size) 3 people on the bed, 6 people at the balcony, 3 people at the sofa, 2 people in the shower, 2 people at the bath tub, 2 people at the toilet/ powder area, 2 people at the coffee table/ chairs, and 6 people at the hall area. Just to give you some imagination of how spacious the room is. Restaurant, gym, spa, swimming pool are all available but they close quite early. Security personnel on standby 24hours. . Halal Food - approx. 2.5km to Halal Karim Restaurant (asian food, closes at 9pm but sometimes at 8pm), 3.6km to Restoran Kampung Melayu (asian food, closes at 9pm but sometimes at 8pm), 2.1km to MaxiM Halal food (middle east food, closes at 11pm), 1km to Zeytun Halal Restaurant (middle east food, closes at 2am). There are other restaurants selling turkish and indian food but not sure it's halal certified or they just dont sell pork or no lard in the food. January was chill with 18°C at night and 25°C during the day. No rain. No need to switch on the aircond at night, just open the balcony door. By 7am, the sun was very hot already but with lower humidity.

THERE IS CONSTRUCTION BEHIND THE HOTEL! + 1. Great location for beach and surf lovers. 2. The hotel is quite new (even a bit too new, since they haven’t even open some rooms). 3. Amazing swimming pools. 4. Very nice breakfast, and they even will make you great coffee, not from the regular coffee machine. 5. Rooms are big and spacious. - 1. I’ve had a partial sea view room, and they tried to give me a room with city view 🧐. Had even to fight with them a bit for that. They fixed the mistake, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. 2. There is construction behind the hotel, so the people with city view room, be aware. 3. Hotel elevators were constantly out of service. 4. They haven’t even finished some rooms in the hotel itself. Overall 7/10. As some people before me mentioned, when they will fix the mistakes, it would be probably a nice spot. But for now, wouldn’t come back.
