« ”i recently had the pleasure of staying at river roost resort for 2 days, and it was a wonderful experience! the resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the manager and the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort's surroundings were serene and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, i would highly recommend river roost resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again soon. »

« Our stay here was truly pleasant. The location is excellent—very close to Dharmasthala, making it perfect for temple visits. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. The food was simple and tasty. A special mention to the lady at the restaurant who took great care of all the guests—her warmth and attention made us feel right at home. The service was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Only disadvantage is the Check out policy which is at 11 and they were ready to extend till 12. It should be atleast till 1 or 2 since the temple darshan timings cannot be predicted. »

« La location est bonne. Les équipements et le service sont bons. Lave-linge est petite. L'hôtel dispose d'un petit restaurant offrant les deux options verge et non verge. Comme nous préférons les repas verges, nous sommes allés à un hôtel près de l'Udipi qui a fourni de très bons aliments végétariens. L'hôtel est très propre et dispose d'un parking. »

IInvitéTout le personnel de l'AURUM est incroyable. Nous sommes si humiliés par leur hospitalité. Nous sommes toujours prêts à servir vos besoins, quel que soit le cas. Quelque chose de plus surprenant, c'est que l'Aurum MD, M. Srivatsya, passe toute la soirée avec nous. Le terrain d'hôtel est situé dans un quartier de la rivière, assis avec nous, a eu TEA avec nous et était si bas à terre en nous amusant.
Le personnel a même donné une fête de anniversaire surprenante pour moi et ma femme, très humiliée et touchée par leur geste. (photo attachée)
Le personnel entier était si bas à terre en nous servant. Il est MD un modèle de rôle pour son personnel. Nous voyageons partout en Inde, cette expérience est extraordinaire. Merci ”The AURUM”

IInvitéThis is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day.
This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.

Wifi works perfectly. It's very clean. Staffs are amazing and helpful.

IInvitéwe had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room and the washroom are neat and clean. Morning breakfast was complimentary in our booking. We had wide variety of options and almost all are tasty and healthy. We had a complimentary good steam bath. The property is in main city easy access to many famous temples and beaches. worth the penny. on the whole we had a comfortable stay with kids and elders

IInvitéPlace is good but there are some shortcomings. We booked a Executive room but the TV channels didn't work unless you called the front desk. Breakfast supposed to be a buffet didn't find anything at the counters. Had to order everything (we went within the prescribed time slot). Maybe an approach to reduce waste which I concur but not for every item. You might as well have a make to order set up tather than a buffet for breakfast, Location wise perfect, hosts friendly (Mangaloreans are gentle people and love to host).
