Binhai Avenue | À 2.68km de la CPC Dali Committee Party School
Cette chambre était la plus chère que nous ayons eue à Dali, et c’était aussi l’hôtel pour lequel j’attendais le plus. Elle ressemblait à un hôtel reconverti en appartements.
Avantages : Bon emplacement, nouvelle décoration, globalement plus proche du style de la photographie de célébrités sur Internet. L'appartement que j'ai acheté fait face au lac Erhai et la vue depuis le dernier étage est bonne.
Inconvénients (très objectif et non malveillant) :
1. Le parc Erhai et la jetée de Xiaguan en bas sont trop bruyants pour chanter la nuit et klaxonner pendant la journée, et le bruit de la décoration le matin est trop scandaleux. On a l'impression qu'ils ont été ouverts sans préparation.
2. La pièce entière fait 60 mètres carrés, et l'espace n'est pas du tout bien utilisé. La décoration est très simple et même grossière. La douche et les toilettes dans une si grande pièce ne sont pas aussi grandes que celles de 30 mètres carrés. Il n'y avait même pas d'endroit où mettre et enlever ses vêtements. Les toilettes et la douche ne sont pas ensemble et il n'y a pas d'endroit pour jeter les poubelles. Il faut aller du côté opposé pour les jeter.
3. Il est difficile de comprendre qu’il n’y a pas de porte-penderie dans une si grande pièce, seulement un simple sèche-cheveux accroché au mur et un cintre en forme d’arbre.
4. Parce que la pièce est trop neuve, les bouches d'aération des fenêtres sont petites et sentent l'herbe et le sol. Si vous n'ouvrez pas la fenêtre, il y aura une odeur. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre, ce sera bruyant.
5. La différence de couleur du projecteur est très importante et extrêmement jaunâtre.
6. Puisque l’ensemble de l’hôtel veut être géré intelligemment comme les autres chaînes hôtelières, mais qu’il ne peut gérer que les lumières, les rideaux et le matériel de projection, c’est vraiment déroutant.
7. Personnellement, je pense que les produits de douche en plastique, les pommes de douche qui fuient et les tables carrées exiguës réduisent considérablement le goût et la texture de la pièce entière.
Le prix est encore plus incroyable...
Pour résumer, si on me demandait de le noter, je ne lui donnerais que trois points. Un point pour le service fourni par le patron, 2 points pour l'emplacement et la vue, et 3 points pour ce n'est pas facile à faire. gagner de l'argent en tant que travailleur.

IInvitéL'expérience populaire de cette séjour était super! Le peuple est situé dans un petit quartier tranquille, l'environnement est magnifique, juste à côté du canal écologique de la mer de Dali, loin des barrages de la ville, donne un sentiment de relaxation. La chambre est très chaleureuse, propre et propre, les lits sont doux et confortables et dormaient particulièrement parfumés la nuit. Le propriétaire de l'immeuble est très enthousiaste, non seulement nous a préparé un guide de séjour détaillé à l'avance, mais aussi recommandé les plats et attractions voisins, très intime.

XXNYLMy friend and I enjoyed our stay in the 'Yunxi 270° Seaview Terrace Double Bed Room' at Dali.Muxi Inn (大理木兮·半山Villa海景民宿). We found this hotel via reviews on XiaoHongShu and the room looked exactly like the stock photos. The hotel and room were beautiful, the hotel staff were very helpful, and we would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dali and are looking for a hotel with an amazing view of Dali Erhai lake.
Number of nights of stay: 3 nights
Hotel location: The hotel is situated in a quiet but brightly lit residential/hotel estate at the end of winding uphill road (around the Dreamland/Santorini 圣托里尼大理理想邦 area), and is located about 20 minutes away from Dali Railway Station. The vehicle drop-off point is directly outside the hotel. The restaurants around the hotel close at about 8.30pm-9pm
Room: The 'Yunxi 270° Seaview Terrace Double Bed Room' is the only room located on the fifth floor. There is a lift in the hotel so it was convenient to transport our luggage. The room was perfect - it was really spacious, beautiful and clean. There was one king-sized bed, which was slightly too soft for my liking, but the pillows (one soft and one firmer memory foam pillow for each guest) were comfortable. There was a large living area with a sofa, three coffee tables and two additional chairs; balcony with two comfortable rocking chairs, a coffee table and a stunning view of the Erhai lake. The sky roof, when opened, was pretty in the daytime but it was difficult to see the stars at night due to the light pollution from the nearby buildings. The open concept wardrobe was large enough for us to hang our clothes
Bathroom: Two sinks, separate shower and toilet area, one jacuzzi. Toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner and body soap), disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, rubber bathroom slippers and disposable bedroom slippers were provided. The shower had both a handheld shower head and rain shower, with good water pressure and temperature
Hotel amenities: Complimentary breakfast (from 8.30am-10.30am; delicious spread of noodles with soup, porridge, fried egg, bread and vegetable platter) and afternoon tea (Lotus Biscoff biscuits, yoghurt, fruits and plums); cafe at the reception area is opened during office hours and only sells beverages; beautiful reception area with a friendly and gentle 5-year-old house cat; communal washing machine (free of charge, inclusive of laundry detergent)

GGRACEOur stay at Dali Xingmai Mountain and Sea View Homestay was pleasant overall and a good value for its price, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in the quieter part of Dali. Traveling as a family, we were looking for a place that offered serene sea views, and this homestay mostly delivered on that. While there is some ongoing construction in front of the building that slightly affects the view, the surrounding scenery is still beautiful and calming. The cleanliness of the homestay was satisfactory, and it offers a good range of amenities. The kitchen, in particular, is well-equipped, making it a great option for families or groups of friends planning to cook and enjoy meals together. However, if you're simply traveling for leisure and don't plan to spend much time at the homestay, you may find the kitchen unnecessary. One thing to note is that there is no central air conditioning or heating system. The homestay provides a bed warmer (which works well) and a small air-conditioning unit in the living room, but the bedrooms can get quite chilly at night, especially during winter. It's something to consider if you're visiting during colder months. In terms of location, this homestay is ideal if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and restful environment. However, for those planning a busy schedule with visits to Dali's main attractions, the distance might be a drawback. The homestay is located in a residential area, and getting to most tourist spots can take 45-60 minutes by car, whether you're heading to the west or east side of Erhai Lake. There are also no nearby F&B stores except one small restaurant in the building next door so make sure you eat in the city areas before coming back to the inn. That said, if you're staying for a longer duration and prefer a relaxed, free-and-easy itinerary, this could be a suitable choice given its amenities like the kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also worth mentioning that this homestay feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional inn. It's situated in a residential building, with the entrance being a carpark and access through an elevator to a residential unit. There’s no lobby, service counter, or common areas. Instead, check-in and assistance are handled through WeChat. Despite some of the drawbacks, the service here truly stood out. The staff member assisting us was incredibly kind, prompt, and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or faced minor issues, she responded quickly and made every effort to resolve them, which helped make our trip smoother. Her attentiveness and helpfulness were a highlight of our stay and left a positive impression. While this homestay may not have been our favorite, the excellent service and peaceful setting make it a decent choice for travelers prioritizing quiet and self-sufficiency over convenience and luxury.

SstonezjHôtel Anyu dans la vieille ville de Dali : style exquis et compact, simple et simple, chaque détail est magnifique. L'emplacement est au bout de la rue, ce qui est très propre la nuit. Il y a des milliers d'auberges et de B&B dans la ville antique, et Anyu est définitivement le plafond de la ville antique. (Conseils : la plupart des hôtels Gucheng Inn et B&B ont des structures en bois avec des planchers en bois. Son fils a eu une diarrhée et la fille a commandé à USA de livrer des médicaments à notre hôtel à 1 h (elle était déjà en repos dans son auberge). Suggestion : pour le petit déjeuner, plutôt que d'offrir du pain blanc et des œufs cuits durs, vous pouvez offrir un sandwich d'œuf (mask l'œuf mélangé avec du peper maio) et diffuser sur le pain blanc.

Le rebord de la fenêtre de notre chambre donne sur la montagne Cangshan et le bâtiment Wuhua voisin. Dès que vous sortez, vous pouvez directement ressentir l'atmosphère animée de la ville antique, qui peut être considérée comme une tranquillité au milieu du chaos. Le garçon et la fille de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques et vous donneront des suggestions sur les restaurants. Il pleuvait quand nous étions sur le point de sortir dîner. Le garçon nous a même offert du thé Pu'er fraîchement infusé et parfumé, et nous avons discuté pendant un moment. Quand nous sommes partis, comme l'hôtel était loin de la porte de la ville, le petit frère nous a aidés à tirer nos bagages jusqu'à la porte de la ville. Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour a été une très bonne expérience.

Super awesome!!! The hotel scenery is beautiful, located on the edge of Shuanglang Scenic Area, and every angle is very photogenic. The room facilities are complete and considerate, and there are very complete supplies for children, clean and tidy. There is a fruit plate when we arrive. In the evening, they also send good night milk, and the children really like the kittens in the shop. Butler Liu introduced the surrounding attractions, delicious food, and matters needing attention in detail, really considering for customers, and the experience is super good. Next time I come to Dali, I will stay here again👍

Ddeci16Je ne peux que recommander Sunyata Homestay à Dali ! Dès notre arrivée, il était clair que c'était plus qu'un simple endroit où séjourner : c'était une expérience de chaleur et d'attention authentiques. Les chambres étaient impeccablement propres et confortables, offrant une évasion sereine après de longues journées d'exploration. Le thé de l'après-midi et le petit-déjeuner qu'ils servaient étaient tout simplement extraordinaires. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 4 à 5 étoiles à travers la Chine au cours du mois dernier, mais la cuisine gastronomique ici les a facilement surpassés tous. Chaque bouchée a été préparée avec soin, ce qui m'a laissé en admiration devant les saveurs et la qualité.
L'emplacement de Sunyata Homestay est également parfait. Il est juste assez loin de la foule animée pour rester paisible et calme, mais suffisamment proche de la vieille ville de Dali pour n'être qu'à quelques pas de bons restaurants et du cœur de la vieille ville. L'équilibre est idéal pour tous ceux qui recherchent la commodité sans sacrifier la tranquillité.
Un merci spécial à la jeune femme qui travaille dans le café à l'avant : son café est sans égal ! Mon mari, qui boit quotidiennement du café et qui est rarement impressionné, n’arrêtait pas de s’extasier sur ses préparations. C’était, sans conteste, le meilleur café que nous ayons bu pendant nos voyages.
Le personnel ici mérite tous les éloges. Ils étaient attentifs, arrangeants et se souciaient vraiment de rendre notre séjour mémorable. Cependant, ce qui distingue vraiment Sunyata, c’est l’incroyable propriétaire. Mon père a eu un grave accident à Dali un jour de pluie, et je peux honnêtement dire que je ne sais pas ce que j’aurais fait sans son soutien. Malgré mon mandarin limité, il a passé une journée entière à m’accompagner à l’hôpital, s’assurant que nous étions bien soignés et compris. Le lendemain, il s’est mis en quatre pour récupérer les scanners pour nous. Sa gentillesse et sa compassion m’ont laissé sans voix.
Le dévouement du propriétaire envers ses clients se reflète dans son équipe incroyable, qui va au-delà de ses attentes. Sans son aide, j’aurais dû écourter mon voyage en Chine. Au lieu de cela, il a transformé une situation difficile en une situation où nous nous sommes sentis soutenus et pris en charge comme une famille.
Sunyata Homestay est vraiment unique en son genre, et je serai toujours reconnaissante pour leur hospitalité. Ce n’est pas seulement un lieu de séjour, c’est un havre de confort, de soins et de délices culinaires. Merci, Sunyata, pour tout !

Il y a eu un peu de malentendu sur la chambre que nous avons réservée, ce qui me semble être le résultat de la communication linguistique entre Trip.com et l'hôtel. Mais le gestionnaire était très doux et hébergé. Les chambres sont belles et sont dans une bonne position dans la vieille ville, mais relativement calme.
