I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon our arrival at Dali Station, the driver was quick to respond and gave clear directions to the pick-up point. He was also very helpful with our luggages, which made the start of our trip smooth and pleasant.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They upgraded our room, promptly addressed our needs (room's toilet issues, rental of bikes) and offered helpful advice on how to get around Dali, which we truly appreciated.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dali!
Have also feedback to the hotel that it will be great if they have more hooks in the shower area. We will be back! 😀

Would come back again! Location was perfect, it’s not far from Longkan Wharf and Caicun, very convenient and in a quieter area of the lake. Service was very good & attentive. Room was clean & the view was perfect, don’t need to get out of the room to watch the sunrise. Great value for money!

Location is 15min ride to Dali ancient town, with beautiful lake view and quiet ambience as compared to the crowded S bend and old town. It has a small cafe and yard in the hotel where you can sit there and relax..
Room is clean, spacious and we got a free upgrade.
Only feedback is the lighting in bathroom is a bit dim and no rack or hook for towel though there is a small side table outside bathroom.
Front desk staff service is superb especially Ms Ran Ran, making us feel at home and give us suggestions on where to explore around the area. Breakfast is rice noodles and small buffet spread which is very delicious. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Dali

Had a enjoyable stay at this hotel. Hotel is located inside a small village, facing Erhai directly. Very peaceful with a cafe located below.
Both resident and stray cats pops into the hotel, which is also a pleasant surprise
Washing and laundry machine are also available.
Receptionist and workers are also friendly and helpful. They even went out to help me collect my taobao parcel which I appreciate alot.
When we left, they also gave a box of rose cake souvenior too.

Room view is fantastic. Sunrise view can be enjoyed from the bed. The room is spacious with complete set of toiletries provided. We were provided a complimentafy box of rose biscuits upon check out.
The location isn't accessible to towns as it's tucked deep in a village with very narrow street that only allows passing of one car at a time. Didi is still available but needs to wait for quite a while to get it.
This homestay is great for relaxing vacation.

The hotel staff very nice , will arrange station pick up for us. Hotel room was tidy and clean . Besides, the view from the room is super nice, we watched sun rise at 7.40am. Hotel gave us souvenir when we checked out, definitely will stay here again in my nxt visit to Dali.

The best hotel I've ever stayed. We booked family suite for 3 adults. The room has a balcony and direct view to Erhai Lake. We can see direct sunrise from our room and we just walk downstairs then we are already at the lake, the famous 'Sheng Tai Lang Dao' where u could rent bike to ride along the lake.
The hotel is located at a very peaceful environment at Caicun. We had free pick up service from the train station. When arrived, we were given welcome drinks, welcome fruit basket, and also tea time voucher. They even served us hot milk during the night to our room before we dozed off! The service is superb! 😍
Hotel facilities is super good. There is washing machine and dryer at the top most floor, hence we get to clean our clothes. Apart from that, our room toilet bowl is a smart toilet, which has heater on the seat and has butt cleaning and drying services 😂
The room also has Marshall speaker where we could connect via bluetooth, super high tech air purifier and hair dryer. We even have a tea corner in our room!
The last day we were rushing off for train, despite noy breakfast time yet, the hotel allow us to takeover some ready food. Totally appreciate it.
