Environment great, the designs is good. The butler is very helpful. Xiao du. Breakfast is very tasty. Hotel service is tip top.
They had free photography session. But becareful, you might end up having trouble to pick. And need self pay if u need ＞5 piece of photo. The price is at higher side. But it is up to you to decide whether to buy or not.

A lovely homestay located by the water. Our bedroom on the second floor facing the water is gorgeous with great views but the second bedroom disappointingly did not have any view at all. Great for photoshoots. Getting to the homestay is a little tricky as vehicles are not able to enter the cobblestone streets. The staff had to use a motorbike to transfer our bags from the car park to the Old Town and then transfer our bags to another cart as the motorbike could not enter the Old Town due to a barrier.

We had a wonderful stay at "San Se Yun He." The staff were incredibly helpful and maintained excellent communication throughout our visit. The resort's location is perfect, being very close to the Ancient Town where we enjoyed delicious food and bought local products.
The room we chose was exactly what we wanted, with stunning sea-facing views that made our stay even more special. A special mention to Xiao Du, who was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed.
Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Services:
We were very impressed by the services rendered by the 管家 by the name of 小杜, and his team of colleagues!
He ensured that our every need was met and exceeded!
During our check-in day, there was a power outage for some parts of the Shuanglang old town, including this property. He kept apologizing sincerely even though it was no fault of his and he did everything within his abilities to ensure we are comfortable. Thank you, 小杜 and your team!
Location:
A short 2 minutes walk through the old town from the vehicle drop off point, do a right turn into an alley and you will find the amazing property sitting just on the bank of ErHai lake, with a superb view of the sunset, be it from the garden, lobby, breakfast area or the roof top.
Just before the entrance to the alley, at the main street of the old town, you could get food even at 1030pm! Certainly a 5 stars for the location!
Rooms:
Quality bath robes and slippers to keep you warm, comfortable bed to snuggle in, free minibar and snacks replaced daily, what more could we ask for?
Breakfast & Night snacks:
Breakfast was delightful and also a tasty night snack to warm your tummy before sleep! All were great!
Overall:
For the two nights of stay, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves!
Not just for the services and the clean rooms, also for the picturesque location where the architect has put in much effort to maximize the visual impact of the scenic Erhai view for all visitors! We had sooooooooo many nice photos taken at the amazing property!
Strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Erhai!

The service & environment are very good, specially for taking picture. The view is very good. We stayed in a two-story family room with a balcony. The room was spacious, but the bathtub being placed in the room was not very suitable for a family room. The washroom was not separated by solid walls, which was not very practical. Odors, sounds, and light from the washroom could affect other family members in the room.

This was a really cosy boutique hotel just beside the lake and we had a lovely family loft with a balcony that opens out to the lake. The hotel service was excellent and helped us with transporting all our huge luggage bags to and fro, as well as up the staircase to our room on the highest 3rd floor. We also had free afternoon tea, goodnight dessert, a free photography session and were given 5 free photos as well. Breakfast was promptly prepared and tasted delicious too. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

beautiful lodging with amazing view of Erhai and the mountains. Morning view is unreal. butler Xiao Du 小杜 was very attentive and helpful, always responsive when approached. Other hotel staff were also very sweet and attentive, preparing breakfast for us to takeaway as we have to check out early to get the train.
Only thing to note is the no. Of insects from the sea that will be attracted to the light in the room. Nothing the hotel can do as its nature, but Xiao Du will remind you to keep the doors closed at night so that the flies don’t come in.
