Dali est venu plusieurs fois, cette maison est la plus parfaite, le soleil n'a pas vu le soleil, mais le bleu est également super-value!
La position est dans la moitié de la montagne, bien que non près de la mer, mais la vue est vraiment super et vous sentez beaucoup mieux que la mer.
Le service est superbe, l'hygiène est très propre, les produits à usage unique sont très bons, le chat est très mignon, le petit-déjeuner est également très bon, les régions ont un très bon sens de la conception, sans angle mort
En résumé, c'est très recommandé!!
Et c'est vraiment très joli avec ce petit chat, il est sur la mer de la mer !

GGRACEOur stay at Dali Xingmai Mountain and Sea View Homestay was pleasant overall and a good value for its price, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in the quieter part of Dali. Traveling as a family, we were looking for a place that offered serene sea views, and this homestay mostly delivered on that. While there is some ongoing construction in front of the building that slightly affects the view, the surrounding scenery is still beautiful and calming. The cleanliness of the homestay was satisfactory, and it offers a good range of amenities. The kitchen, in particular, is well-equipped, making it a great option for families or groups of friends planning to cook and enjoy meals together. However, if you're simply traveling for leisure and don't plan to spend much time at the homestay, you may find the kitchen unnecessary. One thing to note is that there is no central air conditioning or heating system. The homestay provides a bed warmer (which works well) and a small air-conditioning unit in the living room, but the bedrooms can get quite chilly at night, especially during winter. It's something to consider if you're visiting during colder months. In terms of location, this homestay is ideal if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and restful environment. However, for those planning a busy schedule with visits to Dali's main attractions, the distance might be a drawback. The homestay is located in a residential area, and getting to most tourist spots can take 45-60 minutes by car, whether you're heading to the west or east side of Erhai Lake. There are also no nearby F&B stores except one small restaurant in the building next door so make sure you eat in the city areas before coming back to the inn. That said, if you're staying for a longer duration and prefer a relaxed, free-and-easy itinerary, this could be a suitable choice given its amenities like the kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also worth mentioning that this homestay feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional inn. It's situated in a residential building, with the entrance being a carpark and access through an elevator to a residential unit. There’s no lobby, service counter, or common areas. Instead, check-in and assistance are handled through WeChat. Despite some of the drawbacks, the service here truly stood out. The staff member assisting us was incredibly kind, prompt, and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or faced minor issues, she responded quickly and made every effort to resolve them, which helped make our trip smoother. Her attentiveness and helpfulness were a highlight of our stay and left a positive impression. While this homestay may not have been our favorite, the excellent service and peaceful setting make it a decent choice for travelers prioritizing quiet and self-sufficiency over convenience and luxury.

SstonezjHôtel Anyu dans la vieille ville de Dali : style exquis et compact, simple et simple, chaque détail est magnifique. L'emplacement est au bout de la rue, ce qui est très propre la nuit. Il ne faut que 2 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bar et le restaurant du centre-ville. Plus important encore, le service est prévenant et tout simplement meilleur qu'un hôtel 5 étoiles. L'enregistrement est équipé de parasols, crème solaire, lunettes de soleil, câbles de recharge, masques, lingettes désinfectantes, etc. Le petit-déjeuner est semi-buffet et les entrées du petit-déjeuner sont exquises. Chaque personne reçoit chaque matin une portion de concombre de mer ou de gueule de poisson. Avant de partir, je vous ai aussi offert un souvenir👍. Il y a des milliers d'auberges et de B&B dans la ville antique, et Anyu est définitivement le plafond de la ville antique. (Conseils : la plupart des hôtels Gucheng Inn et B&B ont des structures en bois avec des planchers en bois. L'effet d'isolation phonique n'est pas bon et les planchers en bois grincent lorsque vous marchez dessus. Les amis qui aiment le calme devraient vraiment y réfléchir attentivement. Si vous habitez au dernier étage, vous pouvez éviter le bruit à l'étage. De plus, les salles de bains sont pour la plupart en ciment et de gros bruits peuvent être installés dans la salle de bains. Les hôtels de grandes marques devraient également faire une meilleure isolation phonique. devraient également se comporter bien🥰).

JJane.TI recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, Yunnan, and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive — everything was well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
The service stood out as one of the highlights. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.
But would like to comment on the photoshooting service that this hotel provided, although they stated it’s free, but each room ONLY FREE 5 PIECES NON EDIT photos no matter how many days you stay. So please don’t ask for this service if you don’t want your pocket to have a hole 🤣, would recommend you to have the traditional costume shoot in Lijiang or Shangrila which will cost in cheaper price where they can provide costume rental and full make up. This hotel they charge a very high price for the photoshooting if you want to buy the photos from them.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang, if they like photoshooting. Or else you can stay in other better choices hotels.

Rric123The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing.
Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl.
When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good.
The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea.
Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea.
Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants.
The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use.
The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station.
It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

RR.T.xDuring my recent stay at this hotel I had an excellent experience. The hotel itself was modern and spacious, offering all the comfort I needed. It was also located just outside the ancient town, which was only a short five-minute walk away, making it very convenient. There were also plenty of food options nearby, so I never had to worry about where to eat (thought honestly even if the restaurants nearby are not your liking it’s quite easy to get food delivered using one of the food delivery apps).
What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service from the manager. She was genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. Since I arrived two days before the May Day holiday, she advised me to plan my trip around Er Hai Lake a day early to avoid the holiday crowds. I’m so grateful for this advice because my trip around the lake was smooth and enjoyable, with minimal crowds. By the time I was heading back to the hotel, I could already see the traffic building up with the incoming holiday tourists and I can only imagine how bad the traffic was around the lake the next day. According to the driver it is not uncommon to encounter standstill traffic at around parts of the lake requiring around 2-3 hours to clear during the peak periods.
Not only did she provide valuable advice, but she also arranged a driver for my lake trip on very short notice, and at a price much better than what I could find elsewhere. Her local knowledge didn’t end there—she recommended great places to eat and gave me tips on where to buy local specialties and what to avoid, which really helped me make the most of my time in Dali. One general tip would be to be selective of the stores in the ancient town as they might not offer the best value.
I would however recommend adding the hotel on WeChat prior to arriving just in the event that you encounter some difficulty in locating the hotel since it is not located along the main road, there is however direct road access to the main door of the hotel.
Overall, the hospitality here was outstanding, and I genuinely felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dali.

IInvitéJ'ai acheté un forfait de luxe de deux nuits avec vue sur le lac et j'ai découvert que le même prix était inférieur au prix. Après négociation, l'hôtel a accepté de surclasser la chambre à un niveau lors de l'enregistrement. Cependant, la chambre avait une odeur particulière (. odeur de décoration). Le gérant était très gentil. J'ai pris l'initiative de changer de chambre.
Même si je change de chambre, il y a encore une odeur (une odeur d'égout) de temps en temps, parfois non. De plus, je ne l'ai découvert que la nuit et il n'y a plus de réaction.
De plus, la pièce sera étouffante lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées. Il y a du bruit le matin lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes, mais il fait très froid dehors la nuit. Le climatiseur central ne peut que rafraîchir. allumez le climatiseur. En conséquence, les membres de la famille attrapent un rhume.
La vue de l'hôtel est très bonne. Le sol a été surélevé à une certaine distance du site pittoresque. L'équipement est assez récent. La chambre est propre et me procure un sentiment de sécurité.
Il y a beaucoup de monde au petit-déjeuner. Le personnel vous aidera à trouver une place.
Le service de ménage est moyen. Ce n'est pas aussi pratique que d'aller directement à la réception. Le personnel de la réception est très bon si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, ils s'en occuperont immédiatement.

Ddeci16Je ne peux que recommander Sunyata Homestay à Dali ! Dès notre arrivée, il était clair que c'était plus qu'un simple endroit où séjourner : c'était une expérience de chaleur et d'attention authentiques. Les chambres étaient impeccablement propres et confortables, offrant une évasion sereine après de longues journées d'exploration. Le thé de l'après-midi et le petit-déjeuner qu'ils servaient étaient tout simplement extraordinaires. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 4 à 5 étoiles à travers la Chine au cours du mois dernier, mais la cuisine gastronomique ici les a facilement surpassés tous. Chaque bouchée a été préparée avec soin, ce qui m'a laissé en admiration devant les saveurs et la qualité.
L'emplacement de Sunyata Homestay est également parfait. Il est juste assez loin de la foule animée pour rester paisible et calme, mais suffisamment proche de la vieille ville de Dali pour n'être qu'à quelques pas de bons restaurants et du cœur de la vieille ville. L'équilibre est idéal pour tous ceux qui recherchent la commodité sans sacrifier la tranquillité.
Un merci spécial à la jeune femme qui travaille dans le café à l'avant : son café est sans égal ! Mon mari, qui boit quotidiennement du café et qui est rarement impressionné, n’arrêtait pas de s’extasier sur ses préparations. C’était, sans conteste, le meilleur café que nous ayons bu pendant nos voyages.
Le personnel ici mérite tous les éloges. Ils étaient attentifs, arrangeants et se souciaient vraiment de rendre notre séjour mémorable. Cependant, ce qui distingue vraiment Sunyata, c’est l’incroyable propriétaire. Mon père a eu un grave accident à Dali un jour de pluie, et je peux honnêtement dire que je ne sais pas ce que j’aurais fait sans son soutien. Malgré mon mandarin limité, il a passé une journée entière à m’accompagner à l’hôpital, s’assurant que nous étions bien soignés et compris. Le lendemain, il s’est mis en quatre pour récupérer les scanners pour nous. Sa gentillesse et sa compassion m’ont laissé sans voix.
Le dévouement du propriétaire envers ses clients se reflète dans son équipe incroyable, qui va au-delà de ses attentes. Sans son aide, j’aurais dû écourter mon voyage en Chine. Au lieu de cela, il a transformé une situation difficile en une situation où nous nous sommes sentis soutenus et pris en charge comme une famille.
Sunyata Homestay est vraiment unique en son genre, et je serai toujours reconnaissante pour leur hospitalité. Ce n’est pas seulement un lieu de séjour, c’est un havre de confort, de soins et de délices culinaires. Merci, Sunyata, pour tout !

IInvitéLe nom exact de l'hôtel est Xiting non Yuting. Il y a eu un peu de malentendu sur la chambre que nous avons réservée, ce qui me semble être le résultat de la communication linguistique entre Trip.com et l'hôtel. Mais le gestionnaire était très doux et hébergé. Les chambres sont belles et sont dans une bonne position dans la vieille ville, mais relativement calme.
