I booked for two days and for free breakfast included in stay I gonn and they say there was no breakfast supposedly it’s under construction I was not happy. Second no long mirror when I saw pictures in description . This is not what expected .

Do NOT stay at this hotel! We arrived at the hotel around 9:15 pm on 6/30/23 to sex workers at the parking lot entrance. We thought it was odd. Sat in the parking lot for a few minutes at look at the situation. The sex workers were using this hotel to provide their “services”. We watched a sex worker run from a car fall on her face get up and run into the hotel. My husband and I decided there was no way we were taking our daughter into this place. My husband went inside to inquire about a refund where sex workers walking in the lobby! The manager said they don’t provide refunds and said yeah there are sex workers that use this hotel like it’s no big deal! There was also a woman with her children at the front desk trying to get a refund because of the same issue. She ended up calling the cops. Also beware there’s a huge stip club next to the hotel which we weren’t aware of.. I assume these sex workers are trying to lure in the ***** club patrons.

Service was terrible. The guy at the front desk was more interested in his AirPods that’s helping. The mini fridge was broken, there were no amenity items in the bathroom. It was loud with banging and noise and there were working girls in the parking lot servicing anyone who stopped. Doesn’t exactly appeal to safety in a hotel. Won’t be staying here in any future trip.

The hotel looked very run down and there was heavy SMOKE smell in all hallways, elevators and lobby, it was nauseating. I have stayed at many best western hotels and this one did not even live up to the BW standard . It was late ight and then we had to move rooms . the second room had no Comforter on one of the beds ! Disgusting place . BW should refund money for such poor standard

Hotel parking lot had loiters in parking lot, The hotels hallway smell of ********* .The sheets had stains of body fluids in two of three rooms we had . Air-conditioning not working in 2 of 3 rooms we had.Night club across from hotel unable to leave and return due to traffic .Over all safety and security not available nos good place for families with children.

Black mold and cobwebs in corner of celing, electrical plugs at vanity did not work so my wife could not use her curling iron or hair dryer juice machine was broken in the lobby, the sausage and eggs did not taste very good, there was damage to the bottom of the entertainment center. This is also the only hotel I’ve stayed that required a deposit for repair

I would not recommend this Hotel at All! Especially if you are traveling with young kids. It is located next door to a Gentleman's Club Aka ***** Club. When we got to the Hotel there were SEVERAL young women in the parking area and walking the lot half naked! A lot of them appeared to be under age. There was a constant flow of cars all night. When my group and other guests complain to the staff, We were told that they were aware of the issue, but it was nothing they could do. We felt like the staff was in on it and was being paid under the table because we saw one of the young girl hand the staff cash money. Never Again. Several of the guest left and requested their money back! We decide to stay and make the best of a bad situation. We had been driving most of the day and was tired. And other Hotel were full. Plus my credit card had been charged even before I checked it. Which Was not supposed to occur!
