The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

估計在小鎮上的原因，條件比較差。房間裏沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。問服務員要了吹風機，第三天又給收走了，也不知道什麼神操作。餐廳位於B1，從早餐開始音樂就震耳欲聾，晚上音樂一直到10:30，也體現了三哥對音樂的熱愛之情。當然房間的隔音也別指望。另外，酒店衹提供素食，介意的朋友還是撤吧。

We had visited with my family we had a great stay service of the staff was really amazing. The room was really spacious neat and tidy. Thanks to pratik and Anisha from front desk for their great service and helped me at sightseeing option. Food was really good at restaurant thanks to Mr. George

We stayed at udaan himalayan for 2 days we had very good and comfortable stay We booked for attic room which was on top floor the structure of the room was really amazing. Food was really good at restaurant, service from housekeeping was very and fast. We really enjoyed our stay Thanks to Saroj and pratik from front desk and Leela from Housekeeping

My stay at Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa in Darjeeling was truly delightful and memorable. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly escorted to my room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room offered a lovely view of the surrounding hills. The heating system worked perfectly, which was a big plus given the chilly weather. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with essentials. What stood out most was the attention to detail in service. Whether it was housekeeping, room service, or the restaurant staff, everyone was courteous and prompt. The in-house restaurant served a good variety of vegetarian and Indian cuisine, and the food was both tasty and hygienic. The location is convenient yet quiet, ideal for relaxing while still being close to Darjeeling’s main attractions. I would highly recommend Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa to anyone visiting Darjeeling for its comfort, service, and serene ambiance.

The Hotel claims to be a 4 star property but when we entered the room, the single seater sofa chair and its side stool both were soiled….they had stains and were not at all clean. Then the staff said that there is no hot water in any room of the hotel due to some problem that had been going on for the past few days. So all the guests were given buckets of hot water as per need!!! If you book a 4 star property you do so for a higher level of comfort and hygiene which was absent in this case! When we demanded a better treatment after a lapse of 2 hrs they suggested we shift to their sister group hotel Udaan Maitree. Udaan maitree is again a disappointment as room staff dint clean the room the next day, there is no heater facility as an included privilege and if you ask for heater, they charge you for it…and the name of the sister hotel is Udaan Maitree Hotel n Spa but they do not have a SPA yet…despite being a 4 star property

Hospitality of staff is amazing Food is also very good View is also exquisite on a clear day Name of hotel is misleading as there is No spa Hot water is not available. Only mildly hot water after wasting a bucket full of water Wifi goes on and off and is very slow
