This hotel is nothing like what they show on their website and Facebook. The rooms are dingy, filthy, extremely overpriced hotel. There is no water in the hotel in the morning. The food served was horrible and inedible. The beds are dirty and full of bed bugs. When asked for assistance the staff behaves extremely poorly with guests and the owner when asked to return paid price says so he will not. The ***ager is very rude and a fraud person as well. ***y people are facing problems with this hotel. They also don't refund any amount paid online for their own faults. Fully fraud hotel witha thief like ***ager. DO NOT enter this hotel to stay.
I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a very bad experience. Bad behavior from the hotel ***ager from the beginning. They can't tell right location when we reached Darjeeling. Geyser was not working. Room & wash room was not properly cleaned. The room is not like the photo. The ***agement of the hotel is bad. Far from mall road. There are no rules. No security. In short, staying in this hotel is a waste of money.

I have visited Darjeeling ***y times. Darjeeling never gets old to me. Darjeeling is a bit pricey. If you don't pay here, it is very difficult to get a good room, a view room abroad. Thanks to Singalila Hotel, my two desires have been fulfilled. A stunning view of Kanchenjunga I had experienced from Singalila Hotel . The view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel balcony is indescribable. This was my second honeymoon. A great deal of privacy and cleanliness can be found at the hotel. The Singalila hotel is affordable for all Bengalis.

The location of the Darjeeling Hotel Singalila is excellent. The Darjeeling Mall is just four minutes away by foot. There are no ups and downs on the road from the Darjeeling Mall to the Hotel. I was accompanied by my father. It was a cakewalk for my dad to get to the Darjeeling Mall from the hotel. He was not required to be accompanied by anyone when he visited Darjeeling Mall. Additionally, a room was arranged for my father on the ground floor by the hotel. In terms of the food, it was very Bengali - fish and chicken. It was a safe and clean hotel.

We noticed this hotel on Facebook page. We call them and booked two rooms for our family. The hotel is just 5min walking distance from Mall road and road to hotel is full flat. All the hotel staffs were helpful and we got excellent service from staff. Hotel ***ager is a excellent guy and helpful. If anyone searching for budget hotels near mall with Kanchenjunga view this is a good option. I like to recommend this hotel to the travellers.
