I was bitten by bedbugs. Other than that the hotel is ok, but I would not recommend it right now because of the bugs. The sound insulation is also not great. The staff were friendly. The location is ok.

i wasn't expecting much from this hotel due to the cost but i was not expecting shelves to be hanging off the wall for a start. but the fact i came out in dozens of bites the morning after i stayed there was really the issue. I was bitten over 40 times across my entire body including my face. Hotel wasn't even prepared to accept it was their issue despite the fact i spent the day with one of my engineers who had no issues and the only difference being where we'd stayed the night before as he lived locally. Would recommend to avoid at all costs.

Was intrepid at first with little info on the hotel, however no need to be at all, lovely little hotel right down the road from Brands Hatch. Ample parking, was greeted by everyone very politely shown to our room and the room was very adequate. First off it had probably the best AC I’ve ever know , we accidentally left it on as we slept and woke up in the middle of the night and it was like a fridge. The room was clean, had a nice smart flat screen tv. Plenty of plugs and light switches in both sides of the bed and a nice strong powerful shower. The sink was a bit cramped to the toilet and we was only provided on set of towels but that was no issue we just asked for more at reception and they was apologetic and left some in our room as we enjoyed the adjoining Indian Restaurant, and it’s a must. The home made naan was fantastic. And the food in general was lovely. Will certainly be returning when we are down that way. Thank you.

Closed checkin early but only gave me 1 hour notice over email so had to find somewhere else and pay twice. Refused to refund leaving me out if pocket, would not trust them again. Sometimes hotels will see an opportunity to overbook rooms at last minute but these are usually ones to avoid

Not sure what to expect on arrival as the external of the hotel is quite plain, but internaly very up todate, clean & pleasant, a lot of space in the room & bathroom, easy checkin & shown our room, decent cooked breakfast included, close to Bluewater shopping center.

Was not sure what to expect when we pulled up outside but check in was smooth rooms were lovely and fresh bathroom was nice bed really comfortable the next morning we went down for breakfast and was greeted by two lovely ladies in the restaurant who went over and above to make our stay memorable thanks for the superb service

Nice and clean room, lovely staff and service. Restaurant downstairs was lovely and worth a try. Close proximity to Brands Hatch. Not sure why my review must be 200 minimum characters so I filled this bit in to make it up. Hotel seems worth the money

Despite ********** conditions being pay upon arrival someone phoned me 2 days before the trip demanding my card number for full payment. As he couldn't even quote my booking reference I refused. Room not made up or cleaned, no replenishing of coffee and water no change of towels unmade bed; and proprietor tried to demand that I check out by 07:00am on the day I was due to leave? EVERY Smoke Alarm in the building went off several times in the wee small hours. High performance cars racing each other on the main road outside late into the night (and then of course the smoke alarms came on) Lastly, the owner followed me all the way out into the car park as I was leaving demanding a TIP ? - Unbelievable. My friends and I had an excellent meal in the attached Indian Restaurant on the night I arrived which is the only reason I'm even giving them One "Star". Avoid at all costs. Stick to making Curries guys, you don't have the first clue about running an Hotel
