The hotel is old!!!
that is why some of the facilities are not well organized.
except that the stay was good, and remember that you need to pay VAT.

We visited this terrible hotel , they give us a room looks like a prison , not as it looks like in the picture , we told them that we requstes a room with balcony and we paid for that not a room in prison , they said give us 5 minutes we will try to give another room we wated two hours after that they told us we have another room without balcony, we agreed but requested the extra money that we paid for balcony back they said you won’t get your money back! Then after that we left the hotel we bouth a tent and stayed for 1 night and we left the next day! A terrible hotel, not recommended at all

Great experince, clean and comfort rooms, the food is good and rich, a wide range of spa facilitie (sulfur pool, dead sea water pool,wet and dry saunas, freezing water pool and a huge outdoor pool) walking distance to the shore, kind staff and good service 5/5

Negatives Hotel was understaffed (50%) Smart TV does not work No air conditioner in elevator or corridors The bathrooms were disgusting Coffee bar only open from 12-10 Dinner is 6-7 or 8-9 It is very hard to find parking. Very limited spaces Price for weekend evening is outrageous (1500 nis) The spa and the pool close at 7 PM and only open at 8 AM Positives The spa has great variety of jacuzzis. Saunas. Cool pool. Dead Sea pool, activity pool, Dead Sea pool and solarium on roof They let you use the spa for the entire day after you check out *********** offer great cancellation policy and there is no prepayment The buffet breakfast and dinners were very good

Terrible!!!! One of the most dirty hotels we ever experienced! Shower towels discussing, food is less then ok. The crew are not friendly at all. At 2am power was off and it became impossible to sleep due the heat! Restaurant is dirty. We don’t want to imagine what is going on in the kitchen. We will never ever come back and they will hear from my lawyer!

We are staying at the Leonardo plaza for a week. It's been 3 days. The music at the pool is continuously blasting, there is no stop to it. It gets even worse at 8:30pm through 11pm. I'm not against music, I even enjoy it- when it's not turning me deaf, preventing me from sleep and waking my sleeping children. We've placed countless complaints with the manager, who has so far done nothing about it. There is also a constant smell of smoke in the hallways, and all over any items given to us (pillows, blankets etc). We've had to request our rooms be cleaned since nobody bothers to do it as part of any routine. If you have kids, and care about your sleep at all- don't come here. I know we won't be back.

Unfortunately, stayed at this location, arrived Saturday evening, not all the folks from the sabbath had checked out, so had to wait on room. Room was dirty, no washcloths, hair on bedspread, no fitted sheets on the old mattress. Vinyl flooring was installed by an infant, wide seams and gaps throughout. Bathroom had outdated finishes, Food was world renowned Kosher cuisine, bland and boring. No work on this place since shut down for Covid.

I visited Israel for the first time and used the services of Leonardo Plaza Dead Sea for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, wonderful staff, delicious cuisine and SPA services. I would like to express special gratitude to manager Victoria for her ability to solve problems and make your stay even more comfortable. I heartily recommend using the Leonardo Plaza Dead Sea!

We arrived at 14:30 on a Friday. Stood 1 and a half hours at front desk for check in. People shouting around you and trying to get ahead of you on line. The staff doesn't mind even when you tell them aboit that. Half the staff and guests not wearing a facemask as required. Finally our turn comes, no one even asks to see the green pass or covid test. And the vicinity of the reception is filthy! While I was at the que my wife went to speak with the uty manager. She wasn't aware at all of what was going on at the reception, but couldn't offer any help. Finally we get to the room. Disgusting ! Dirty, shabby and realy not pleasant to stay at. Disgrace to the Fattal chain. Never again!!!!
