I personally coordinated with the Radisson Blu Hotel restaurant Gorakhpur manager to accommodate a group of 15 people for brunch on 15th June 2025. I was shown a 2.5-page menu with an impressive variety, especially of vegetarian dishes, and confirmed the visit only after that assurance. To our shock and disappointment, the actual experience was the complete opposite. Most members of our group are strict Indian Brahmin vegetarians, who do not consume meat under any circumstance. Despite clear communication and printed menu promises, the actual spread had very few vegetarian options. Even worse, a dish labeled as vegetarian — Red Thai Curry — was found to contain meat. This was not only highly offensive but an unforgivable breach of dietary trust. Everyone in the group was appalled and expressed their outrage. This kind of carelessness in food labeling — especially in a reputed brand like Radisson — is completely unacceptable. It shows a shocking lack of cultural awareness, sensitivity, and professional responsibility. This experience was not just disappointing — it was insulting. To anyone with strict dietary practices or cultural food preferences: AVOID THIS PLACE. Trust once broken in food service cannot be repaired with words. This visit left a lasting negative impression that we won’t forget.
