酒店靠大馬路，因此靠路一側房間噪音較大。還好，前台同意換成另外一側的房間了。
整個配置基本上是三星級，但我們訂的價格是五星級的價格。早餐還可以。
服務人員總體上態度還可以，但除了前台，其他人員不大懂英語。

Rooms were serviceable, nothing outstanding and a little spartan but definitely clean and good enough for an evening stay in the area. Staff was courteous and helpful, allowing us to store our stuff during our trip to Pamukkale, as well as helping arrange taxis and letting us wait in the lobby before our next leg of our trip.

Great dinner with perfect wine match, must try lemon kebap and lamb sticks. Rooms have good wi-fi access, easy to watch Netflix and youtube. Also do not forget to try 'kale pepper', try to seat near to the pool

Sıfır yıldız olsa sıfır verirdim. Bir çayın yarım saatte, bir tostun bir saatte geldiği, personeli son derece suratsız, check-inimden sonra ayrılacağımı söylediğim halde her hangi bir telafi bile düşünmeyen bu otele yüksek yıldız verenler hangi mağaradan çıkmışlar merak ediyorum. Kesinlikle uzak durun!

It is a modern and perfect hotel. I am surprised that it is not 5 stars, as it is one of the best hotels I stayed in Turkey. The service is great, a wide buffet of food. The rooms are big and spacious, and whatever you need, the hotel will help you with everything.

İş için kaldığımız bir otel. Denizli de farklı zaman aralığında ikinci kez konakladığımız bir otel. Personel deneyimli. Güleryüzlü. Otel konforlu. Temiz. Kahvaltı çok zengin. Yeterli. Denizliye yolunuz düştüğünde Gözükapalı önerebileceğimiz bir otel. İyi seyahatler.
