The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and friendly Li Zhen guided us with all the information every time she could and Ian in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful he could also speak in English so it was great, he even recommended places to visit in Moganshan, we felt like home. 🙏🏻

The hotel is new. We enjoyed the botanical garden and interaction with animals. Room cleaning needs to be improved though. When we came into the room there was a huge yellow( if you know what I mean) stain on the bathroom floor. We asked to clean the floor and went for a walk. When we came back the receptionist told us the problem was solved. But the stain was still there. We traveled with a baby and cleanliness was the number one priority for us.

開元品牌果然名不虛傳，酒店環境幽靜，景色迷人，設施挺新，還有小朋友玩兒的漂流、小火車、等，很多小朋友來玩兒，早餐還有好吃的巧克力小蛋糕，小餛飩和米線都很好吃，前台的小劉、小殷、小倩、小莉的服務都很好，笑意盈盈，有問必答，讓客人如沐春風，很棒的一次莫干山之旅！

【莫干山開元頤居酒店入住體驗】帶毛孩子度過的完美假期 🌿🐾 帶着我家馬爾泰開心小寶寶入住了3天2晚，整體體驗非常暖心！作為寵物友好酒店，這裏對狗狗的包容度超乎預期~開心在草坪瘋跑的樣子讓老母親感動到想哭，更驚喜的是酒店還有寵物友好漂流項目！（雖然某個傻狗不適應在房間尿尿了，保潔阿姨在外我們不在的時候換了床套，真的特別感謝7月12日二號樓保潔阿姨的耐心包容） 🌟員工服務吹爆：前台小劉、小殷、小莉提前加了微信，每天準時發送遊玩攻略和活動天氣提醒，。退房時小俊和小倩送的兩盆紅掌花現在正在我家陽台綻放，這份伴手禮太走心了！ 🍽️餐飲有提升空間： • 燒烤雷區：晚上點的燒烤套餐送到房間全涼了，建議可以配保温袋 • 中餐廳性價比一般，沒有外面的餐廳好吃，但是速度快可以送到房間 • 早餐補充很及時，但現煮檔的餛飩/麪條9點多一點後容易沒有，味道倒是非常不錯。

這次入住體驗超出預期，性價比很高，房間還贈送遊玩項目，不出酒店就可以玩一天，早餐種類豐富，晚餐食材也很新鮮，房間乾淨衞生，樓下就是錦鯉池，特別表揚是前台的服務，從到酒店時的熱情接待到離店時的貼心伴手禮，微笑友好，主動打招呼，每一個細節都讓我們感受到賓至如歸的温暖，感謝小李經理，有機會再來。

週末盲選酒店，在網上囤到了優惠套餐，但是入住體驗超出了預期，酒店位置很好，離庾街很近很方便，適合自駕！在酒店用了晚餐，菜品口味不錯，性價比很高，值得表揚的是前台工作人員，提前打電話聯繫詢問，到了主動幫忙拿行李，送到房間，看得出來酒店有在很用心的做事情，整體入住很開心，感謝工作人員

酒店環境很好，位置也很便利，離莫干山集散中心很近很方便，房間還算維護的不錯，入住舒適，早餐也算豐盛，滿足正常需求；酒店還有小動物園，可以去看看小動物，前台小哥哥姐姐服務很好，一到酒店就有人員迎接，介紹設施，幫我們拿行李送到房間，很熱情，有什麼需求都可以很好快速的解決，讓人賓至如歸，尤其是前廳李經理不僅長得好看態度更是特別好！還會再來並且推薦給朋友！

從入住到離店，每一個細節都讓人驚喜！前台服務小薛小汪熱情周到，迅速辦理入住，還貼心升級了房型。房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到自然醒。浴室乾濕分離，洗浴用品都是高端品牌，工作人員全程微笑服務，主動詢問需求，讓人倍感温暖。設施方面，健身房、一應俱全，乾淨整潔。退房時還贈送了小禮物，真的太用心了！絕對是我住過最棒的酒店，下次一定再來！
