I recently endured a nightmarish stay at hotel manek - the ocean view, and it was a sheer disappointment from start to finish. The staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism set the tone for what was to come. Upon entering the room, i was greeted with stained bedsheets and bed covers, some adorned with stains and hair, painting a disturbing picture of neglect. To make matters worse, the food served in the hotel's restaurant left me battling severe food poisoning, turning my stay into a distressing ordeal. Basic amenities such as a dental kit were conspicuously absent, and when i dared to request one, i was met with a dismissive excuse about a missing store key. The washroom's exhaust fan was also out of commission, compounding the already unsanitary conditions. And to add insult to injury, the coffee served in the restaurant arrived in a filthy mug, while the electric kettle in the room was equally unclean. Yet, despite these glaring issues, i was expected to fork over a staggering for the privilege of enduring such abysmal accommodations. To compound matters, the booking was non-refundable, leaving me in a desperate situation where i could not afford to lose my hard-earned money. This forced me to grit my teeth and endure the stay, despite my better judgment screaming for an escape. I attempted to seek recourse, but was met with an infuriating run-around. The hotel claimed that could handle cancellations, while offered empty promises of callbacks that never materialized. Even after sending photographic evidence of the deplorable conditions, my pleas fell on deaf ears. It's abundantly clear that some murky dealings are afoot the hotel, leaving customers like myself caught in the crossfire. I am utterly dismayed by the lack of accountability and customer service displayed, and vow never to patronize their services again. My hard-earned money should not be squandered on such appalling accommodations, and i implore others to heed this cautionary tale before booking with hotel manek - the ocean view

We stayed here for 2 nights, room service is slow. Bathroom is always under water if ac seeping in on floor.

We went on trip to visit dwarkadheesh temple. Having elderly parents with mobility issues and dietary restrictions, we selected this hotel. The location of hotel is good being almost on the beach. The digital locks on our rooms' doors don't work and have been replaced with analog locks. Television in the room was not working and did not get corrected despite a complaint ! some buttons on ac remote were malfunctioning ! despite clear instructions to prepare non-spicy food, we were served very spicy food ! the excuse was that the person noted down the order incorrectly. For the paid price we could have gone for a better property.

The food was not good. The bathroom does not have curtains to saperte bath area and washbasin. Due to this lot of water was spread in entire bathroom. Air conditioner not working. Kettle has very bad smell. So not able to drink morning coffee. The bad smell at the begging of the day ruined the mood in the morning.

Nice stay and good service by sadhna and megha, hema, sunaina, krishna super staff. Room was good thank you
