They’ve lost over ₹60,000 due to their own negligence, but instead of fixing internal issues, they scapegoat the Front Office team. Important OTA emails were deleted, payments were missed, and guests were checked in without confirmation — all because of mismanagement. When questioned, the leadership refused to take accountability. Salaries are delayed, employees are treated like slaves, and they even create a hassle just to provide an offer letter. No job security, no HR professionalism, and absolutely no respect for the people working hard every day. If you value your time, skills, and dignity — do not work here.
