It's a pet friendly resort. The management makes it clear right at the beginning the spa is not available which is good. Extra 1000 rs charged for the pet. The rooms are very spacious with a hall and bedroom clean and well kept. This is the only part that made the trip enjoyable. The food service was ok had to wait for 1 hour for food to be delivered in spite of repeated follow ups. Morning breakfast and tea is not available till 9.30 am which is a huge turn off. The water in the geyser is tepid not even warm and in spite of putting it on for an hour the warm water was not available. There is no intercom facility mobile number of the hotel manager is shared who may not always be available to help. There is swimming pool and cricket enclosure. Overall if you wish to relax in the room with minimal facilities opt for this!! Huge improvement needed in service
