We live in central London and stayed at this property for one night. It was a catalogue of non-working equipment, from the lift, Wi-Fi, mini bar, air con etc. The team was cooperative but couldn’t do much, and to top it all off, we checked out early as the breakfast is served from 8:30am onwards, and we couldn’t wait for a full fledged breakfast despite paying for it as the process begins too late. The property was in shambles and not worth the money or effort. A disappointing stay! I won’t recommend this to others.

Visited the restaurant at this hotel for the first time with colleagues and family. The decor was decent, the hospitality was great with sumptuous food. Special mention of Mr Kheem Singh who served us with passion and love. Over all an awesome experience. The restaurant also provides discount for defence personnel.

The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing.the staff was really kind and willing to attend any request.the price i paid was absolutely worth it.talk about food so delicious even child also loved it.. nicely stay

We stayed at this place in January 2021. The hotel is centrally located but has no parking facility for vehicles. The rooms are average. The biggest issue was the noise coming from road. The food menu also has nothing much to offer. However, this is the only decent option available in the city. On the whole a very average property.

Courteous staff,ventelated rooms and hygene are the USPs of the stay.The owner of the hotel himself supervises the comfort of guest just as u find in the wetern countries.Strongly recommend for official and family stay
