Stayed at this hotel for 16 nights and we are so grateful we made this particular choice. The accomodation was nice and cozy. Everything was relatively new. You can refill your drinking water as much as you want. Tea and coffee are provided daily. Hot water in the shower works perfect comparing to another island. The food on the a la carte menu is the best on the island. We have tried prawn tempura, grilled Maldivian whitefish, pasta, pizza, etc. Everything was fresh and so delicious. But the lobster was the one to die for. We told the Chef Maaish in advance about lobster dinner so he could arrange today's catch, and it was oh my God good. Came to the conclusion that Maldivian lobster is the best and not pricey comparing for example to Dominican Republic or Mexico. The service is exceptional. The staff is amazingly welcoming. Special thanks to sweet Lubana for educating us on traditional local life, Maldivian culture in general and to dear Sohag for taking such good care of us and our room: we really enjoyed his flowers-towels compositions, we wouldn't stop smiling as we entered the room. Also we are truly blessed to meet Reem, Mafaz, Robiul and the gardener mister Mohamed Shareef. They made our stay so wonderful we didn't want to leave. Looking forward to seeing them again.

Very beautiful place with comfortable atmosphere. There’s really relaxing aromatherapy. Master Nita has magical hands that remove any stress from body and mind. She cares about my health (allergy, skin and other symptoms). She used very nice oils and prepares flower bath. Also this spa centre gave us tasty smoothies.

We had the most amazing holiday. We were at this hotel for 20 days full board. We had a fab room on the top floor with a sea view. Not for anyone with a mobility issue as there is no lift. The room itself has all the amenities you need. An ironing board and iron. A hairdryer. A desk with desk lamp. A kettle with 2 mugs and coffee/tea. A small fridge with small top freezer. I have a dairy intolerance and the fridge was great for keeping my soya milk and bottles of water cold. There is complimentary drinking water every day. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. It also has two hanging lines in the shower area for the daily rinsed out beach stuff. I found this incredibly helpful. Towels are changed everyday if needed. The room is looked after by the same member of staff. We had Sohag ( pronounced Shoehug) looking after our room. He never failed to to do a good job. We had the safe changed after the one we were using failed. We had the most amazing time and loved our room.

Wonderful local island experience. Nothing was too much bother for the friendly staff. Food was nice, plenty. Island did not have much to do but the kids loved it. Hotel was nice, clean and new. Would come back!

It's our first visit to this beautiful island. And we visited for a weekend getaway and our wedding anniversary. Araamu stay and Spa exceeded our expectations, we arrived at the island in the early evening where we were picked by a very friendly staff. On our arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a wet towel & welcome drinks. The rooms were cozy, clean & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is more than adequate. It is very repetitive but you have everything you need from made-to-order omelets, cakes, cereal, fresh fruit, and more. There is always tea, coffee, and fruit juice available too. The restaurant hosts are friendly and very attentive. We travel a lot around the Maldives A lot and often see’s locals being discriminated from other races. However, we never had experienced anything like this, and we were treated with kindness by all the staff, especially front office supervisor Dhimaah & the young front desk staff Mafaaz who treated us like royalty sure he has a bright future ahead. We loved our stay and we will come back in the future with the family.

Excellent central locatiion, Clean rooms, friendly staff, good facilities and excellent food. They seem to have the best chefs around at Dhiffushi. They have their own beach which is an excellent one. The sea facing rooms have excellent view. Good to get woken up by the morning rays of the sun. We had a wonderful stay for three nights. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Dhiffushi Island.. Would like to mention about Shah who was very helpful for us. Some learning- Please take a copy of the tickets for the ferry. There can be confusion sometimes. We had one where the ferry did not take us from Male; however hotel staff promptly supported us with an alternate speed boat. Please get your room allocations checked as per your booking before you check in. Please get the planning done well and ahead for water activities. You can for look outside the hotel too for options.. There is a store nearby where we get most essentials if needed.

Rooms were clean, the stay was overall very good, not too spacious but not too small. Definitely delivered on expectations. Only problem was that the inhouse restaurant meals (ala carté) were very bland, ketchup on every dish, and veryyy expensive for the taste. A club sandwich cost 10$ (Without GST + SC) with just fries, & coleslaw. I suggest to opt to have meals in other restaurants other than the guest house.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 31/1 al 6 febbraio 2024.Struttura carina, ben tenuta e soprattutto pulita.Personale sempre disponibile e molto gentile.Le camere sono piccole ma ben organizzate, il letto matrimoniale è comodo e fin troppo grande, quello aggiunto invece è un disastro, materasso con le molle esterne e piccolo.La cucina come già ben spiegato da altri, è di mediocre qualità del cibo e soprattutto sempre la stessa.Praticamente è un riciclo continuo.La colazione invece si salva.Pertanto vi consiglio di non prendere la pensione completa.Riguardo all' isola di Dhiffushi vi consiglio di non partire con troppe aspettative.E' un continuo trovare rifiuti abbandonati di materiale edile e bottiglie di plastica dappertutto, oltre a vecchi motori nautici dismessi quasi sulla spiaggia.Di sera nei pressi del porto, bruciano di tutto su una sorta di graticole che ricordano le sagre di paese ma che invece di arrostire la carne, inceneriscono immondizia.L' isola di sta eccessivamente antropizzando, con tanti cantieri aperti . Ovviamente una volta trovata la spiaggia che preferite, siete comunque in un paradiso terrestre.Se ci torneremo? Probabilmente no a Dhiffushi ma sicuramente si su un altro Atollo.

Da agente di viaggio ho soggiornato con un gruppo la prima settimana di gennaio. Non è una struttura per italiani. Cibo scarso e di pessima qualità, nonché speziato ed immangibile. Camere buie ed anguste oltre che maleodoranti di muffa. Bagno piccolo con costante ritorno di fogna, che rende l'aria in camera praticamente irrespirabile. La mattina ore 8 vieni svegliato dall'housekeeper che ha fretta di rifare la camera e continua a bussare fintanto che non ti svegli. Il servizio, dalla reception alla sala, è praticamente inesistente, lento, scocciato, inaffidabile. Nessuna recensione riporta che l'isola è dotata di inceneritore (plastica) che rende l'aria pesante e malsana. C'è un'unica spiaggia degna di nota, la sunset beach, ma attenzione, se la volete pulita divete arrangiarvi a raccogliere bottiglie ed immondizie di varia natura per conto vostro. Anche le altre guest houses dell'isola erano racapriccianti, a parte una, di nuova costuzione (alta 7 piani, quindi antiestetica al massimo) The Stone Hotel, che probabilmente per 12/24 mesi sarà gradevole e che poi cadrà nel degrado, come tutte le altre.
