We just back to Thailand from Maldives trip. It’s amazing trip ever. We contacted the hotel few months before and got helpful infomation so we can plan it properly and transfer go and back airport-Gilhi. Everything was so easy for us. Thank you Ali for his help and the staffs at Tropic Tree who help us on the island and they gave us more info even where to see sharks atnight near the hotel and that was our first experience being very close to the sharks. We went fishing it was fun and all fish we got the hotel staffs grilled for us. Hope to visit Gulhi again and sure we will stay at Tropic Tree where we feel like home.

Friendly staffs with warm welcome. We stayed 2 nights there in 2 neat and clean rooms. Everything easy even for our 5 yeared-old son. We booked speedboat with the hotel and everything was wonderful. It’s located on walking distance to bikini beach. Food at the hotel also very nice.

Our stay here was fantastic. The room was stunning and the service was some of the best we have ever received. Nothing was too much for the staff. We received a lovely welcome drink and got fruit platter brought to our room on the first and last day of our trip. Everything was wonderfully clean and they let us use their snorkels for free.

Our stay at Tropic Tree, Gulhi, was excellent. The location was good, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The service was also the best it could be. The day of our arrival we received fresh juice at the counter and then 30 minutes later we had fresh fruit delivered to our room by the staff. It is truly worth to stay at Tropic Tree, Gulhi, Maldives.

Stayed for a night.. A night to remember at this beautiful resort.. Excellent staff and owne Mr Ali made sure that our basic need were met. The food was awesome... The atmosphere of the island and the setting of the hotel go hand in hand.

Overall it was a nice experience at Tropic Tree at Gulhi Island. The staff is very helpful and also the processing for PCR tests and other traveling requirement was good. It will be good to have some more varieties of food specially for Indian subcontinent guests. Special thanks for Suhail, Ali & sons!

Invidia per le recensioni idilliache che ho letto.Unica ospite nell' hotel, nessuno al porto, no escursioni, no suggerimenti, no acqua calda, severissimi problemi wifi,necessario usare quello di altro hotel, scorrettezza nel caricare il prezzo x la cena tanto che disgustata, ho rinunciato alla colazione pagata e l' ho fatta fuori. Non si può pretendere che un giovanissimo bangladino possa gestire la struttura in disarmo perché in bassa stagione,consiglio ai proprietari di chiudere in tali periodi ,così ci si perde d' immagine e di reputazione. Piani alti migliori ( ometto foto vetri indegni ,per pudore) ma rampe ripide, piuttosto distante da bikini beach,soprattutto quando c'è il sole. Evitare di venire in coppia o singoli, in gruppo forse andrà meglio. Chiedere in hotel contatto con persona che organizza dall' Italia, se proprio volete farvi del male e venirci e buona fortuna

Проживали вдвоем с супругой с 26 декабря 2022 по 01 января 2023 года. Очень радушный прием - Aiham и Sohel очень хорошо помогали во время пребывания в отеле и на острове, очень понравилось! Заселили в лучший номер в этом отеле на четвертом этаже - на крыше терраса с видом на остров. У отеля есть свой speedboat для встречи, поездок, экскурсий. Лучше брать в отеле экскурсию full day - интересно, очень понравился такой опыт как поплавать с рифовыми акулами. Остров небольшой, но мне показалось находиться среди местного населения интересней, чем быть на закрытом, дорогом курорте-резорте. На резорт VADOO тоже съездили на целый день на отдельную экскурсию, но на острове среди местного населения как-то немного менее скучно. На пляже острова Gulhi, если делать снорклинг, до рифа идти/плыть довольно далеко. В целом поездка очень понравилась, несколько нормальных кафешек на острове Gulhi есть, чтобы поесть. У отеле только один минус - лежаки на пляже от отеля, это что-то отстойное, пришлось брать на пляже лежаки и зонтики на прокат.

Отель это очень громко сказано, на вид из окна можно забить сразу его там не будет нигде.Номера маленькие со старой мебелью, новое только ванная комната. Со всех сторон стройки,где шум и грязь или соседние дома с петухами ,попугаями и павлинами которые любят пронзительно поорать с утра пораньше. Пляж далеко, но это не главная проблема, бесплатные лежаки такие, что не захочешь на них ложится они полу сидячие как буква Z со сломанными креплениями, жесткие и не удобные,разве что для детей прикольно, бесплатные маски и ласты рваные ,на них ориентироваться нельзя. Завтрак ниочём + растворимый кофе с утра окончательно добил. Персонал старается, но сделать из дерева железо не возможно увы.
