I traveled to Australia for the first time and looking for a hotel was the hardest thing for me. This hotel I booked was excellent near the station and all the staffs were very kind.

I'm happy with a hotel. The room was very clean, nice and tidy overall, nothing extraordinary.

The hotel's lackluster experience continued with subpar housekeeping standards. While they attempted to clean the room, they fell short, leaving dirty cups behind and neglecting to vacuum the bathroom adequately—strands of hair were still evident. It was disappointing to see such a lack of effort from the housekeeping staff, indicating a mere formality rather than genuine cleanliness. Despite its proximity to the station, these shortcomings greatly detracted from the overall stay experience.

Being located right next to Southern Cross was convenient for getting there and travelling around, just thought the house keeping could be more thorough, and the bath has some small stains on the floor and wall which made it look like it wasnt cleaned properly. Still good for its price.

Excellent hotel. very new and clean. Short walking distance to train station.

This hotel is close to southern cross station but we need to cross a bridge inside the train station. I can’t find this bridge which is hidden if we are not inside the train station

Stayed one night to watch a football game at AAMI Park. We booked the Guest Triple room and requested 3 single beds. Very good for our short stay! Great location and short walk from the main train station or you can catch the tram which is 1 stop and go down the stairs or lift! Definitely stay here again.

Amazing location with nice rooms that come with a microwave and own fridge. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Cleaners coming at 9am but of an issue but overall we absolutely loved staying here would 100% boom it again! You’re next to so many attractions to keep your days filled along with many transport options just a stones throw away. Never tried the breakfast but they have a continental on offer for those wanting something in the morning.
