The food and service was not good. I had to return the wine as it was soured; and the food was not good. At the end, I asked for the bill and the intention was to still charge me for a bad wine that I returned. Extremely expensive and bad quality. Not a 2 star hotel.

This hotel is simply outstanding. The facilities are spotless, the rooms (or better, very sizeable apartments) are fabolous. Service from every single member of the team was world class. We visited with two young children and the level of attention and care we received throughout the stay was incredible. It’s the first time ever we have not left the hotel for 4 days in our holidays. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation whatsoever, a truly special place.

I recently attempted to make a reservation for iftar, expecting the level of service one would anticipate from a five-star establishment. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The individual who answered my call lacked basic telephone etiquette and failed to exhibit politeness throughout our interaction. I found this level of customer service profoundly disappointing, particularly considering that Four Seasons is renowned for its luxury accommodations and service.

The worst place very annoying because of the maintenance work from the morning until the evening and no one informed us before we payed the full stay . We complained many times,but no one response . Even during Ramadan time they continue the annoying .

Very disappointed with a well-known 5-star hotel. Since only one restaurant and a beach lounge are open on the weekend afternoon hours, we settled just a coffee at the Loulou cafe. A cappuccino costs 45 QAR but is made from a cheap coffee machine for home use. Not to mention it was served in a plastic cup and was half-full. I thought it was because it's outdoor sitting next to the pool that's why they served in a plastic cup. However, we saw a lady having wine using a wine glass. It was a beautiful sunny day but the poorly outdoor design blocked most of the Seaview. There were too many unnecessary poles, dividers, and trees. The outdoor swimming pool was ridiculously small for a 5-star hotel, especially for the world-renowned Fourseason brand. Most of the outdoor area is used for gardening, and the landscape designer did a horrible job utilizing the space. We also went to the restaurant to check out their weekend brunch, and the displayed food was just absolutely subpar for the price tag. With about 250 rooms and apartment residences, the restaurant absolutely can't accommodate even 30% of the guests. Providing sub-standard qualities and hotel amenities, it was insane to charge a night more than The Royal Atlantis Hotel in Dubai.

My visit to the Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl Qatar was nothing short of captivating, even though I didn't stay overnight. The opulent design, impeccable service, and the sheer grandeur of the property left a lasting impression. From the stunning architecture to the inviting ambiance, it's evident that every detail has been carefully curated. Even as a day guest, the Four Seasons at The Pearl Qatar exuded luxury and sophistication, making it a must-visit destination, whether for an extended stay or a brief exploration.

I visited the FS Pearl two months after it opened, and despite being in its soft opening phase, the service was efficient and smooth. At check-in, I received a very friendly welcome from Sara, who also gave me a tour of the hotel. The apartments are spacious and elegant. The two pools and beach are great, I particularly enjoyed the big cabanas next to the pool. Service was attentive and the staff very kind (particulary the waiters from Greece and Ecuador). I loved the Breakfast which was A La Carte. Many people are obsessed with breakfast buffets, but the quality is much better when served a la carte. The juice I ordered came freshly squeezed at that moment. The food was of high quality and beautifully presented. The restaurant manager from Peru and his team were attentive and kind. Housekeeping service was efficient. The highlight for me was dinner at La Mediterranee Robuchon - easily the best dining experience I had in Doha from the amazing food to the incredibly tasty cocktails, extensive wine list and of course the fabulous staff working there. SPA treatment was excellent too, as was lunch in Spuntino, great service by Elvin.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Especially from Erik at the beach side. Best hotel location in Qatar! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel and sand on the beach. It really is outstanding. Ive stayed in four seasons all over the world, but this is the best!

Das Four Seasons ist ein tolles Hotel. Es stimmt einfach alles. Angefangen vom Anruf und der Frage des Concierge, vor der Anreise !!!!, ob man einen Shuttle benötigen würde, über den Check Inn, dem Zimmerservice, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Und hat’s gefallen.
