Day 1 (09-11-21) arrival 06:20 I am writing this review sitting at the lobby as they don’t have rooms available for us. It’s been almost 2 hrs. As per quarantine rule, guest needs to be received at the gate & thn separated from other guests however quarantine procedure like other hotels were not followed here. Gentleman at the reception was not at all friendly or approachable. Who kept ignoring whatever I asked for. No water was provided. Absolute, unprofessional behavior. They treat their guest as if we all are staying here for free. Waiting for 2 hours when they finally started calling people from their rooms to vacate the hotel so they could clean and accommodate all of us. No social distancing was maintained anywhere in the hotel. People were gathering at one place/sofa/chair and were seated together. Poor hygiene level. People were seen without masks in the lobby. No priority given to families with kids. People were seen sleeping on the sofa. I shall be attaching pictures along wid this review. 1 bag of food (Arabic breakfast) was provided without water or tea/coffee. It was absolutely cold. No hygiene level was followed. No gloves. Please don’t book this hotel as the hotel seems OK on the website however it is pretty disappointing. Absolute horrific experience. Hotel staff is not at all helpful or accommodating. I am highly disappointed and would never recommend anyone to book this hotel.
