Excellent guest house, a group of us have stayed at Coed y Fron since 2019 our fifth stay and booked again for February 2025. Cannot fault the rooms, service, and great breakfast! Highly recommended 👍 Well done Steve, Hazel and of course Amelia !

Best B&B I've stayed at!! Host was amazing and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious and is made for a time you specify, so it was always piping hot! It's in a great location in the heart of Betws Y Coed so you really can't go wrong. We stayed in room 4 which is at the top of the house which was a great size and has a fab shower =) I would highly recommend this B&B.

Stayed in Room#6, which was comfortable and quiet, although a little cramped. The lime cordial and berry syrup in the room were a nice touch -refreshing after an active day. The B&B is an old stone house centrally located in Betws, with free onsite parking. Hosts are friendly, and we were well catered for breakfast as vegetarians.

Lovely white painted room ,clean and tidy. The only problem was the atmosphere in the Breakfast room ,it was like sitting in a doctor's waiting room,as there there was nothing but silence,the slightest movement of anything,cup ,spoon ECT ,was magnafied ten fold.

Quite uneventful, however extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. Both me and the wife slept like babies it is so comfortable. The shower was fantastic too. Breakfast was pleasant. My only complaint is minor, when returning to our room with wet clothes there is nowhere to put anything. Still a good little place and would return.

This was my second time staying here and just like 2019 when I first visited it was a perfect B&B. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the beds were so comfy and the vegetation breakfasts was the best way to start each morning in this beautiful part of Snowdonia. The location is ideal for a stay in the the town and a short walk from great places to eat. The owners are friendly and welcoming and always make sure you are ok and happy to give advice on local things to do. Only negative our stay was to short! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely welcoming place to stay.

Another fabulous stay at Coed Y Fron. The place is tastefully decorated, warm and spotlessly clean. Attention to detail is second to none. They have thought of everything. The hosts are friendly yet unobtrusive and the breakfasts cooked to perfection. Top marks for location too as centrally placed yet away from traffic & noise and has immediate access to the countryside. I rate this place very highly and have returned several times.

This house is in a brilliant location within the town , they have private parking for four cars to the rear of the property and often there was on the road parking to the front . Our room was spotlessly clean , the recently refitted bathroom was stunning , the shower provided consistent hot water . Chooses available for breakfast was huge , I had the full English everyday . Within 3mins walk is a wealth of shops, restaurants and attractions
